Amazing service! Alex was thorough and incredibly patient with all of my questions. He explained not only the info for the inspection itself but also how to best maintain our home in the future. He sent us our report the next day and even included a maintenance calendar for our new home!

Inspection Outaouais
I needed an inspection for the home I was buying and although not familiar with Gatineau, did not want a referral from my Agent as I felt there may be conflict of interest. Researched and found Alex.He was highly professional, extremely thorough and detail oriented, he saved me from sinking money into what would have been a money put. Conducted inspection on Monday and I had my report by Wednesday. Well worth his fees and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a very good Home Inspector.

Choosing inspection outaouais was the best decision. Mr. Carle made it super easy, clear, and professional for us as a first-time home buyer. Alexandre is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but very kind too. He did an excellent and throughout job checking every detail with explanations and suggestions or recommendations. The whole process was very educational, pleasant and friendly. I even brought up a few extra maintenance questions which were not really in his inspection range, but he was very patiently answered me and even show me the step of how. I was very satisfied with Alexandre’s service and very happy that he was my inspector this time, as I had experience with a few other inspectors, Alexandre is simply the best up there! I highly recommend!

Only good things to say. Alexandre is professional and will take his time to go through the property that he is inspecting for you. He will also take the time to explain what he sees to you and how you can take care of your future home. I would recommend this company over and over again.

Alexandre and Alain were excellent. Very professional, thorough, and punctual. I was impressed with how they doubled checked and verified each others' examinations. Bilingual service. The price was very reasonable especially with two inspectors for 3+ hours. Detailed report delivered the next day as promised. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain each of their observations and findings. I accompanied them throughout the process, at their insistence, and have confidence in their work. Très bien!
