Don't order anything from here. They will ripe you off. I never received my Order. Refused to refund or send my orderRude ppl. No customer service to resolve issues. When it was taking so long to receive order. They did not respond. And when they did it has been nothing but a hassle

Amazing company! Professional and outstanding quality, Had a large order of uniforms for my Tree Service. Multi colour screen print and embroidery was the best quality especially for the outdoor work. Washed numerous times no fading or cracking to any product. Chris made my experience like no other and was very personable and knowledgeable. Recommended whats best for my needs and offered a variety of options and prices and samples. Will continue to have all my products come from The Merch Factory. Thank you Chris.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this vendor about six months ago. The shoes were amazing so I didn't mind waiting the 3 months it took them to get here, but when they arrived they were the wrong size. I reached out to the company for an exchange, went through there verification process but did after which I did not hear from them for almost a month, only after I reached out to the first. Then after a few more weeks I received an email saying they would not be able to send me a replacement for some extended period of time and suggested I just take a refund as opposed to waiting. I agreed and requested the refund. This was in March and we are now in May and I still do not have my refund. Your products are amazing - its unfortunate that your follow-up/through is not up to par - SUPER DISAPOINTED!

I ordered a dress back a few days before mothers day 2020. I am just trying to find out about it because it is now July 11 and I still have not recieved it my order thing to look at where its at keeps getting pushed back it says august 7 it will come. I completely understand due to covid. Can someone please help me with this we are moving and I want to make sure I receive this item.

I ordered screen-printed pillows. My finished product is amazing!After having no luck finding other printers, I randomly called the merch- factory and spoke to Chris. He gave me a great price and said he could get my order done quickly. He also corrected an error I made in my design/ sizing. Great service.
