After booking the appointment on line, I was on and out in an hour for an oil change. Might have liked an update on my missing chip for the heated steering wheel.

Not overly impressed as came down from Fredericton area with a noise in the front drivers wheel, that my husband who is a mechanic identified as a broken belt. Right from the Day we bought it 1month ago, we thought it was road noise and dismissed but it didn’t go away so made appointment and instead of changing the tire they balanced them all and made tire pressure the same for all 4. Still noise is there but will deal with this on our own. Not driving another hour and an half to go down to get nothing done again. Also whole procedure took 2 hours and still not rectified. Terrible service. In addition vehicle should have been pdi correctly then wheels would have already been balanced and with the proper air pressures. Obviously that wasn’t done either. Sales person (Josh) was notified and he too couldn’t believe it. Apologized over and over. Not his fault. I didn’t bring it in because of shaking or pulling but because of the road noise from bad belt. This was told to them when making appointment and again when arrived for said appointment. Very unhappy with making the unnecessary trip and wasting our time and fuel.

Yesterday had to call CAA twice as my Cadillac SRX wouldn’t start. I drove into MacDonalds at approximately 6:30 pm. Daniel stated they were booked till 31 May, 10 days without wheels? By 8:00 am Friday morning vehicle was fixed and I was back on the road. Thanks MacDonalds.

They got me in and diagnosed the problem without even having an appointment and really didn’t take to long.
