Kirby was a pleasure to deal with. He asked the right questions on the phone and was very knowledgeable. The day of the job he was on time, wore his mask the entire time he was in our home and did a great job with my furnace. I will use Neighborhood plumbing again and definitely recommend them.

Neighbourhood Plumbing installed a Heat Pump on my float home with expertise and great service. The professionalism and service right from the first contact, Tiffany, to Mike with his expertise, to Brian and the team - was outstanding. Kirby was on site regularly as well. Kirby helped with a leak in the Poly-B piping a few years ago. It was time to replace the furnace and water heater so we called for a quote. Mike handled the furnace and water heater install and did it with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Tony took care of the repiping of the old pipes to Pex. His work was excellent and I felt at ease after seeing how neat and well thought out it was. He made the extra effort to correct a few things that our previous contractors had missed. Tony left the area clean and ready for patching up the walls. Dave handled the drywall work. He was also detailed oriented and was professional in the quality of the work as well as his attitude.I'm very particular when it comes to hiring contractors due to previous issues I've had. This time I was lucky enough to hire an All Star team. Very fortunate to have these guys in our 'Neighbourhood'. =)Thanks for the peace of mind guys.

These guys are great. They are very punctual, and did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. They had it done in one day. There was no hassle, or stress on my end. Highly recommended.

Kirby is amazing! Our new house has had some issues and Neighbourhood Plumbing has always come through. We have purchased a new boiler from them, they fixed our leaking gas fireplace and also a horrible leaking toilet. They are friendly, good value and always advise me for my benefit not theirs. And they have also truly made me feel part of their neighbourhood. Highly recommended!

Kirby and his team are knowledgable, professional and provide amazing work. I had an emergency hot water issue that I discovered late in the day but Kirby came out and fixed the issue right on the spot. A total life saver and I highly recommend him and all his employees. I have used him more then once and it's always been a great experience.

After moving into our new house last November, numerous issues began to arise and we needed a very competent, reliable plumber to hook up gas connection for a new clothes dryer, connect new water lines to fridge, install a new water heater, upgrade shower heads, and install new bathroom sink fixtures. We feel so fortunate to have had Tony and his son take care of all these important upgrades for us! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with, arrived on time and work diligently to get all of these tasks done in less than a day. We would certainly request their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable cost.

About two months ago Kirby helped me through a difficult install of a pedestal sink and toilet - toilet needed to be moved farther away from the wall and the sink, well that was a challenge as it is about 1/2 from the wall. He toughed it out and made it work

I gave Kirby a call about a leaky toilet that Neighbourhood Plumbing had replace last July, within a day Tony came out to replace the wax seal at no charge. Friendly service and a great company to deal with.Thanks! John
