Amazing top AAA+++ service. Had an unfortunate accident on a side road off Squamish and Mert was there in less than 90 minutes, carefully loaded and secured the bike. He looked after me personally with hydration and snacks. Also did the extra mile dropping me off at home. I recommend keep his number and contact handy if you need motorcycle towing or refer it to friends

I enlisted the services of Mototow to conduct a thorough inspection and handle the delivery of my nearly brand-new CB605R motorcycle. Despite its low mileage of only 300km, I wanted to ensure it was checked before finalizing the purchase. The bike was located in Mission and needed to be transported to my residence in Yaletown, which involved a considerable distance. Although the process was neither brief nor inexpensive, it was definitely worthwhile. Mototow arrived equipped with a comprehensive checklist of items to inspect and even took the bike for a test ride. Fortunately, everything went smoothly, and I happily acquired my exquisite motorcycle. I extend my gratitude to Mert for his accommodating and invaluable assistance throughout the entire process.

After reading all of the reviews, I ask how you can call anybody else to tow your bike with the same care as this company.My call was answered immediately and he arrived in half the time he said, which was great because I was crunched for time. I had just gotten my bike out of the impound yard because someone had stolen it and punched the ignition, and I had less than 30 minutes to get it to Modern Motorcycling before they closed. We arrived with time to spare and Mert unhooked my bike while I arranged repairs with Aaron.Thank you so much and Moto Tow will be the company that I call if I or any friends need a tow.

Unfortunate set of events with my precious bike left me stranded at odd hours of the night. The service that I received was nothing short of phenomenal. Their services were provided within 19 minutes of making the call. They not only took care of my bike but made sure I was well hydrated and had snacks for me. The care that was shown to my precious bike when securing and transporting it definitely helped ease my mind. I can't imagine reaching out to another company for any of my future towing needs after this experience. Thank you MotoTow for caring about the ones in need!

I’ve used this company multiple times now to tow my bikes from the track, and to my shop. Very fast and professional service. They go above and beyond my expectations every time. I will only ever use Mototow to tow any of my bikes in the future. I would recommend the to anyone that needs to move their bike
