I got my first tattoo here just the other day and it turned out so well! I couldn't be happier with the atmosphere, it was very bright and inviting. The shop owners, Miles and Bobby, were so friendly and passionate it was absolutely brilliant! Highest recommendations for this shop if you're looking for a tattoo!!

I came here last summer for (my very first) two full colour tattoos - one on each forearm. The experience was AWESOME. I love the aesthetic of the shop, the art on the walls, the music playing (so fitting to have 80s power ballads/montage songs playing during the last few hours of the last session haha), and the location is so convenient for me (bonus: close to ramen and boba tea not too far away). Both the artists are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions, and I enjoyed chatting with them during both of my sessions. They have a nice detailed aftercare info sheet that helps so much (mine healed beautifully). I look forward to being able to return for some more ink in the future!!!

Got my first tattoo here from Carlo and it was a great experience all around. Great atmosphere & friendly staff. Will be going back for next one.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Miles did a piece for me of my dog, the amount of time and effort he put into it is truly amazing and it shows in his work. The shop is a very welcoming place and has a great atmosphere. It was an unbelievable experience top to bottom, I will be back for sure!

Bobby is a beast! Hands down a talented artist and the crew at Tech Noir are solid as they come! Knocked out a 5hr session with Bobby the other day and a few more to go. Plus their playlist are top notch!

Got my first tattoo done by Miles last Saturday and I'm very happy with my tattoo and looking forward to getting future tattoos done at technoir!

Very friendly and welcoming shop. Bobby and Miles are both great artists with great people skills. I have a forearm sleeve by Bobby (in progress) and will go back to have Miles do the other forearm. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I cannot express enough how completely, positively fantastic my experience was here at Tech Noir. I’ve only had one other tattoo prior to the piece I got from Bobby Tripp. The place was super funky, lots of fun music, good vibes. Miles and Bobby are both super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and included. Lots of laughs and good conversation. Bobby was really good about checking in on me throughout the process, reminding me that if I needed to I could take a break and it wouldn’t be looked down upon or anything. I didn’t have to but the sentiment is really appreciated.I’ll definitely be coming back for future pieces. Totally worth the trip here from the Sunshine Coast. Thank you Tech Noir, y’all are absolutely stellar!

I simply cannot say enough about my recent experience at Tech Noir! Miles and Bobby run a fabulous shop - great 90’s decor with an Art Deco vibe, on-point tunes, and a super friendly, relaxed atmosphere.To commemorate a milestone birthday (60, yikes!) I really wanted to get my first tattoo. Miles was very professional, personable and patient as we worked through the details and he made my first tattoo experience a memorable one! I absolutely love my new tattoo!Miles and Bobby have created a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable environment and I will definitely be back!
