Kelowna - Shell Aerocentre

This is a full service aviation FBO with excellent service on the ramp and inside the lounge. Staff is very helpful and friendly with a goal to make every guest welcome. We fly into Kelowna quite often and just plan on parking here, getting fuel and meeting guests here without worry. Access is easy and staff will happily call a taxi or ride service if you need it. Definitely an oldstyle convenience service becoming harder to find in the current times.

Nice facility, great customer service for the small plane pilot. We asked them to arrange a rental car for our arrival, and found a new BMW 530i waiting for us! Very nice.

Terrible now can't park in the Shell areaUsed to be very good secure. Now have to park in public parking down the street. Vehicles attempted to steal and stolen as well as catalytic converter. No way to speak to parking lot owners only automated ticket sales. An employee at Shell told me he heard 6 or 8 vehicles stolen or cat converters sawed off in the last couple months.Don't use the pay parking lot by OK Tire here for parking, you will have damage done to your vehicle. Last I came back cat converter sawed off truck broken into. Could not get it started.Very unfair we are not allowed to park at Shell especially since we all fly out of their facility.

Helpful, pro staff, fast turnaround. Small, cozy place to wait if you have to.

The actual facility here is nice and organized, similar to the rest of shell FBOs. The staff on the other hand are not your typical staff working at shell FBO, they are not friendly and don’t bother to even say hello when you walk in to their facility as a customer. The person at the front desk will give you attitude no matter how polite you are inquiring about things. I felt unwelcome and even felt like I was being annoying asking the fuelers to fuel our aircraft. They looked like they hated their jobs, depressed and did not care about their customer service. Unlike the US shell FBOs where they roll out the red carpet out for us, this is far from calling it good customer service. I’ve been through here a few times and soon I will request a different FBO since a place with this kind of staff does not deserve my business.

Friendly helpful staff, clean well maintained facility. Large ramp and overall just a great place for short or long term parking your aircraft and refuelling. Thank you for the great service.

I'd like to say I went here to come or go or on a private jet but that's not the reality of most people's lives including mine. A bottleneck doesn't begin to describe this place. Right next to a FedEx terminal so there is absolutely no parking available. Minimally staffed to make it feel really quiet when you're inside. Comfortable seating for your wait until you depart or your guests arrive.
