CSN Bongard Collision

We've used them several times in the past. The service is always friendly, and the workmanship is excellent.This time we took our 2019 vehicle in for a dent to be fixed. They did a great job fixing the dent and repainting.Unfortunately when I picked up the car the Key-less entry system wasn't working. They had me bring the car back in the same day and looked into the issue. At the end of the day they had to have the system reprogrammed at the dealer. Although I had this issue, the way they handled it, and the excellent customer service I received means I still give them 5 stars.My car looks as good as new and I'm completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.

We have had the “unfortunate” pleasure to have used the services of Bongard Collision at least 6 times over the years. The service is wonderful .George is a terrific manager who spends time to talk you through the process which helps to put you at ease. The repair work is excellent and the cars have been returned in better than new condition. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality service and quality repairs.

Had a fender bender in my Accord so went to CSN Bongard for an estimate. They held the car for 3 weeks not getting back to me, when I finally went to get the car towed to my mechanic, the catalytic converter was missing, it had been cut off. When asking CSN about the vandalism they declined any knowing and offered that their security cameras weren't functional. This isn't professional, I work at a dealership and recommend CSN for collision repair so I was truly surprised by this incident and the lack of professionalism.The most shady part was when I first called regarding my accord, the customer rep sounded worried as if she knew that I was calling regarding my cat being cut off, before I even mentioned it.So in conclusion just be weary sending your vehicles to CSN Bongard Ajax, may end up in $3500 missing parts from your vehicle.

My parents bring their vehicles here, and this year I needed some cosmetic work done on my car and I’m so glad I came here.Dealing with Lynn was the best part of my experience, she is thorough, friendly and patient. She walked me through all of the processes and went over the work and what was done with great care.They even detailed my car when they returned it.Really recommend, dealing with someone who genuinely wants to help and support you through a time when you are most likely super stressed is really great.Thanks CSN Bongard!

I recently was rear-ended and CSN Bongard Collision really took care of me. It was my first accident. I had so many questions. The team had the rental ready within minutes to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, it was good as new. The paint colour was my biggest concern and was exactly on point. I had no one to come with me to return the rental and so they arranged for it to be picked up from their parking lot.THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER. Bongard was able to take our vehicle in immediately after an accident; prompt professional service not only to us but in dealing with our insurance company. Body work was impeccable and completed in a timely manner. Looked better than when the vehicle was brand new. We are extremely pleased with their service from start to finish.

Mechanics did a very good job fixing the door on my 2021 Hyundai Veloster N. Almost couldn't notice any difference. That repair job is greatly appreciated. There are however 2 negatives (1x minor, and 1x major):MAJOR issue: Shop receptionist (Lynne) refuses to take responsibility for error in booking car rental PRIOR to confirming with insurance that it's covered. Their rationale was that the estimate came back stating Initial Rental Days Authorized: 9". She therefore assumed that it meant a 9-day car rental was authorized/included. Regardless

I have used this business on two occasions for repairs to my vehicle.They performed the repairs perfectly and in an extremely timely fashion, as both repairs were done during times when parts were difficult to get in, due to supply chain issues globally.They did an extremely professional job and returned our vehicle cleaned inside and out.This was very much appreciated.
