Baseboarders

I don’t care for this company. The pieces are very expensive, though look nice. I’ve ordered a lot from them. However, the quality control at the company has recently declined. One recent order was missing an end cap. Another order had damaged pieces (see below). The company has a disclosure that one must report the damage or missing items within 72 hours, which is borderline fraudulent. I’m not even going to open my order for several weeks when working on a large job and since the covers are finishing pieces, which cost hundreds of dollars, I should be able to report damaged or missing items for 90 days.
