La Canapa Cannabis (Now Delivering)

I have been to this store many times and found it to be quite good. Selection was good as was staff knowledge. However, after many trips to their store spending hundreds of dollars. I happened to get a cartridge that did not work. ( this can happen ) but I was given a vary hard time over this. I eventually just walked out without an exchange or refund. They didn’t care and watched a good customer walk out never to return. (Over the exchange of a $40 cartridge)I cannot recommend this store any longer I will not return. There are many other stores that would love to have and deserve my patronage. I wanted everyone to know.Update, they did contact me asking how to remedy this, I took the time to think about it and answer them constructively. They said they already had it in place. (I didn’t see or hear about it in the many times I was there.)However, they did try to make things better. but made no offer to replace the item.

Hangs up on me, and refuses me service.... and blocks my number after a simple question....??? Customer service skills -100%

We come here every week and spend hundreds of dollars every month. There was a fault in their pax vape which is under warranty, we went back just to resolve this issue but was given a hard time.First we were never told the product was under warranty. We found out from AR cannabis when La Canapa had no stock. The sales rep told us to bring the receipt for warranty but the receipt they gave us everytime is not itemized but just a total amount. They also never told us to claim under the warranty it had to be within 7 days of purchase.The sales rep came up with all kinds of excuses to trying to not fix the vape. She does not acknowledge the fact that we just simply need it to be fixed, and even laughed after we asked so you're not gonna help me?". When we were leaving she said "if you come back tomorrow you'll get a 10% discount". Wow thanks"

This place is great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, solid selection, and the products that I've had are high quality. Thumbs up.

Had a great experience with these guys. Really good selection in Richmond for weed and plus they do delivery FAST! Can’t really ask for more.They’re really good about answering all of my questions too.
