Today, we received a fairly large box. Initially, the driver left it at our door and knocked. When my wife came to the door, the driver got out of her vehicle and came back to the door to lift the box and hand it to my wife. Considering the workload couriers have these days, this was a most generous and thoughtful service.

As always, the delivery was on time ( actually a little earlier than I expected. Everything went so smooth, from the order to the deleivery at my front door and the packaging of this replacment window was state of the art, best I have ever seen, hats off to all involved parties.

I always get my packages, but they are not very good drivers. The drive way too fast. One driver spun out of control ended up on our grass on top of the septic bed

This is the 2nd time this company has damaged my lawn by attempting to turn around on my lawn tearing it up and creating large rutts instead of just backing out of my driveway. They took off without any concern about the damage they created. Not sure where they get their driver's license from. Very unprofessional drivers this company hires.

Fantastic delivery team! Courteous, friendly and fast. We particularly appreciate not having to worry about the dogs at our farm when they deliver packages - the delivery team knows they are there and take extra caution when driving up our very long driveway to the farmhouse. Great service!

My bicycle rack installed easily & we set it up to carry only one bike. I can now easily load my bike to go biking in a nearby town with my daughter and granddaughter! Love it!

Really didn't think it would be so hard to get the deliveries put inside the delivery box on the step. I even wrote on the top for deliveries to be put inside, delivery instructions on the package say to put inside the box. Yet it has never gone inside the box, always on the wet slushy front step. You can even see the delivery box in each delivered photo
