Brought 2 guitars in for Re stringing and general inspection. The feedback was accurate. The work done was fantastic and it’s clear that Ben knows his stuff. Easy to deal with and work delivered in time. I highly recommend this personal approach as opposed to the big retailers. I will go back and I highly recommend.

I sent my old $500 guitar for a setup, which has not been played around 8 years, and to be honest, to my ears, overall sound quility of guitar increased by 20%. Compare to my new $1200 guitar, the old one still sounds good enough. I am very impressed by Ben's work. if you have an old guitar like mine, send it to Ben.

I bot a 2003 Gretsch 6120 Nashville (a guitar I had been looking for) from a pawn shop sight unseen. (I know....) When it arrived I took it straight to Ben at Savage Guitarworks. My request was to clean it up

Took my Strat in for a general setup as it hadn't had one for a while. Ben set everything straight (cleaning, decking the bridge, indicating fret damage). Additionally, he checked in with me asking my personal preference before starting certain tasks. If you are uncomfortable with doing more demanding or daunting repairs on your guitar, Ben will do it at high quality.

I highly recommend Savage Guitarworks! I took my Schecter Demon V-1 FR to Ben for setup and installation of a set of EMG James Hetfield pickups. Ben did a fantastic job! The guitar feels and sounds amazing. He was very professional, willing to answer all my questions. I’m a very happy customer of his and will take my guitars to him in the future.

Got my Martin D-28 setup and it plays amazing! Not only was I very pleased by the work Ben did, but his turn around time was incredible! He had my guitar back to me way earlier than expected on the same day in fact! He did it all at a very fair price also.Already, dropped off another guitar to get setup and some other work done.
