I exchanged 800$ worth of Canadian dollars to pounds before my trip to England. UK no longer accepts the old pound notes that were given to me, so now I’m left with a bunch of unused pounds. If you exchange to pounds, make sure they give you the newest pound notes! Such a headache.

I always like to go to this insta cheque. The employees are very helpful, especially the manager. The place is always neat and i get my transactions done pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend!

Worst place to go to (insta check in general bit this one has also terrible service)... i did a personal loan last year in order to work my credit. Paid every single time, my credit is better got a loan for a 25000$ car two months ago. Now i make more money credit is better and they refuse to refinance my loan! Not only cant i reduce the % of my 1st loan i cant get a new one! I urge you not to go there if u do not want to pay 29.9% and u are working your credit!

There is no system when going inside to exchange money. I asked if there was a line and a bunch of people who were sitting at the window ledge said there is none. The customer service did not even bother to handle conflict amongst us. He did a poor job and was way too slow for 10 people waiting. Lack of professionalism and slow service.

Speedy, and polite enough, they offer a decent all around service, including Western Union, and a pretty good prepaid credit card, in general, I've had so so waits at this particular location, generally not more then 10-15 minute though.
