Disappointed with my box. Too many cheap cuts and very tough good cuts. Every steak needed marinating.

Cheap prices, cheap meat. Purchased a 21 pack of hamburger patties and have never been more disappointed. It seemed as if it was frozen with blood, beyond impossible to separate even after leaving them out for a few hours, most of the patties were poorly shaped resulting in the top patty covering the bottom ones with loose meat. Sent them a message providing pictures , however they read my message and never responded. Extremely unprofessional, I’ll stick the to the local butcher shop.

I ordered and received 3 rib eye steaks and they required no marinade. I put Montreal steak spice and salt and pepper. They were extremely tender and delicious. I don’t understand the earlier text which had negative comments. Everything I had was triple AAA grain fed beef and top notch grain fed chicken. It has all been delicious. I found my new “go to” for beef, lamb and chicken in Shawville !

After more than 20 years beef farming this was the best experience ever for slaughter. They were extremely professional, the customer service amazing! The packaging superior. I highly recommend them.

We were getting our meat for our business when we had a horrifying experience. This experience has harmed us emotionally and my husband physically. When we were going to pay, we had some issues with the bank which led us to not have enough cash so my husband decided that be will pay the rest using e transfer which was only a small amount but just to continue the payment. For some reason the owner his name is aline, was incredibly offended and attacked my husband physically and started screaming at him while physically pushing him. My husband was trying to calm him down by asking to nicely calm down but nothing helped. He continued to come to me and scream and swear at me. All i could do was scream in fear. We should have called the police but fear got the best of us. I advice no one to make business with someone with no morals like him. This situation will always be a mortifying experience and i hope no one has to go through that.

Je suis désolé de devoir dire que mon expérience avec ce propriétaire Alain a la ferme, a été profondément décevante. Son comportement vis-à-vis de la clientèle est à la fois inacceptable et irrespectueux. Il a crié et s'est comporté de manière totalement non professionnelle. En tant que client, on mérite d'être traité avec respect, chose qui manquait ici. Je ne peux donc pas recommander cette expérience à quiconque. C'est vraiment regrettable.

terrible cuts, after trying the filet mignon i was chewing on grisle and at least 1/4th of the small filet mignon was unedible, after reading other reviews im not surprised, i will never buy meat from this place again.
