If I could give them zero stars I would. Asked them to put a phone on hold, went in ten minutes later and they claimed that someone called yesterday to reserve it and sold it. No effort to make it right, completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I had lost my phone a few days ago which made me realize how much I depend on this little device for many daily routines and I needed to get a new one. There are so many functions and complicated set-ups that need to get restored but customer representative Moe Babar at the 8th St location went out of his way and time to walk me through the steps and doing many steps himself for me. Moe and Sasktel saved my mental life today and I am very grateful!

Had a wonderful experience at Prairie Mobile on 8th street this past Friday. I went to the location to trade in my old phone for a new iPhone 14 Pro. They made the experience painless (as waiting for a transfer can be quite dull). Muhammad, Kori, and James were professional and fun to conversation with during the wait!

Easy to deal with very knowledgeable he has always fixed my issues or friends issues promptly and properly. best guy around. I visited Prairie Mobile for the first time today and received great service. I called in beforehand to inquire about a phone in a particular colour. James picked up the call and set aside the phone for me until the end of day. I arrived shortly and was helped by James as well. He was very thorough and made the whole process quick and easy. 100% recommend this location! Stopped in a few evenings ago to upgrade three cell phones for my husband, son, and myself. Customer Service from Samantha was top shelf! She made sure we were completely satisfied with our upgrades, were taking full advantage of the sales/promotions currently offered, and that we were entirely comfortable with every detail of the process even though it all ended up running a bit past when the store closed for the night. We'll be back for any other cell phone needs and we'll be looking for Samantha again next time!
