Mister Sweeper Vacuums

Just bought my second Miele here. My new is a Miele Tri-Flex and I love it. The salesman was so good in demonstrating it and answering all my questions. I have phoned and been in many times since I bought my first Miele and he has always been helpful and fixed any problems. Now going to buy one for my daughter. Thanks for great helpful service.

Bought a vaccum $900 from here used it twice and and it full of hair wrapped in the head even after I discussed with the worker about my concerns of my hair and cat hair but he swore up and down that this is the right one and to buy it. Went back in today to see what could be done as I’m no where near satisfied as if I’m spending this much money I should be able to use it no problem. He refused a refund or even part as it’s “not his problem” which then he told me to buy a different part and clean it every time which is just more work then it’s worth. I do not recommend this place as you’ll lose a bunch of money and they just won’t do anything for you after the sale unless it involves you giving them money. Stay far away from this place.

This is the first review I have ever written but I am so upset with my experience I feel compelled to writing it now.I have dealt with this business for over thirty years. I always got on very will with the father and son as they would always go the extra mile to help me out, the customer came first. I have bought many items over the years from large to small. Until to day. The new manager was rude and called me a sexist person He was offish, unhelpful and didn't have a mask on in the store. After thirty years I will never take a step into that store, so ladies just be warned.

Fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes required no parts very kind and helpful!

James was on time & finished the new install quickly. The test run was not up to his standards and after searching out the problem - a faulty pipe connector- he spent an hour to repair the connections. The new unit is running perfectly. ‘‘Tks James & the store staff for going the extra mile

Mister Sweeper was the only place open on a Saturday which helps me out since I work Monday to Friday! I walk in there and was treated with a smile and was able to get my vacuum fixed while I waited and for a reasonable price as well! I recommend them to anyone with a vacuum repairs!thanksJeff Baker

Thank you for existing! My Miele triflex power head stopped working, and the gentleman at the store had a loaner attachment ready for me while he fixes the original. Super easy and stress free! Never have I ever had such a seemless experience dealing with warranty related repairs/replacement. Thank you so very much! ❤️

My dyson quit working so i did some research and decided on a Miele. I really appreciated the demonstration in the store and that i have someone local to ask questions or take it for service. I spent an hour testing it at home and i am super impressed so far. Way better than my Dyson and really quiet. my cat actually didn't run and hide when i turned it on! Great service from Terry! Super satisfied with the robot vacuum we got here, it’s much better than we had imagined! The sales guy was really informative and nice when we were there, he was super helpful too when we phoned in later (after we bought the robot)with some questions.We were really surprised to find a specialized store selling Roborock at first, but buying it from them is definitely the way to go!!! (as opposed to online from the big retailers). The service and knowledge you get is just incomparable! 100% recommend!Our little guy will need some time to get used to her new friend:)

Bought a Miele vacuum here and we had some issues with the beater head getting stuck. The store manager/ salesperson was not helpful at all and said it was our fault for not cleaning the head and letting hairs damage it. Really poor attitude and not interested in customer service. I wanted the beater replaced as its under warranty. Why is that so hard to accommodate? Never going back there again.
