Overall good experience dealing with cartridge world . From purchasing a new printer and having one serviced , replacing my cartridges , Mike even went out of his way to help me get my wallet back after i left on the counter when the store was closed. Now thats service !

Mike and staff always go above and beyond to help their customers! I've been dealing with them for many years; will not buy my printers nor my printer ink anywhere else. I recently decided to switch to a laser printer. Through an unfortunate miscommunication with a staff member, I ended up with with a refurbished printer instead of a new one. I was not informed open box" meant "refurbished." I wanted a NEW printer! I could have obtained the refurbished printer on Amazon for less cost to me if that's what I'd have wanted! When I phoned this morning to express my dissatisfaction

I called this business for some advice and the owner took lots of time over the phone to explain how printing cartridges work with various printers . He explained how some newer printers will only accept proprietary cartridges. He helped me make a decision on what printer to eventually buy. I would trust this business in the future.

My autistic son prints a million pages a month so i see Mike a lot for toner. The pricing and service i get from the staff and Mike here are top notch! He has gone above and beyond for me many times, from staying late to get me ink or helping me out when my printer is down, or even answering my calls when he is out of town. I highly recommend Cartridge World for all printer related needs.

The service couldn’t be better. My HP printer insisted that I discard 3 ink cartridges and wouldn’t print. My ink cartridge supplier of choice, Cartridge World, South Surrey, came to the rescue. Theygot it working and installed full ink cartridges ....WOW!! They also sell printers, which I may need if my printer presents anymore challenges.Great service, highly recommended.

Pretty good place to get your cartridges if you don't mind the recycled type. You can save quite a bit of money doing so. Friendly staff. Can be busy at times so don't be surprised if you have to wait a little bit.
