I came here for a friend's birthday. Our waiter was not always available but there were other good staff around to help. The burger I ordered was pretty good and the yam fries were hot and fresh. I ordered a drink that was missing one of the main featured ingredients (fresh blue berries) but they fixed this after I brought my drink up to the to the bar. I was waiting for our waiter to come to our table but waited a while, and he didn't come around.There was live music and the ambience was nice. Since the food was not bad I might give it another chance in the future.

Literally the slowest service I have ever experienced no other waitresses or the bar willing to make a drink because we weren’t their table, it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and our server never came back to check on us, one of our drinks wasn’t even what was ordered but we didn’t want to wait for a replacement. Absolutely do not recommend eating here we waited over an hour for our lunch and it wasn’t busy the food was warm at best, and the Reuben was crazy small for 19$, if you want mediocre food that takes for ever to make them feel free to stop here I will never eat here again

My server was very sweet but our food arrived cold, and I also found a piece of plastic in my entree. The manager came to apologize and after 5 minutes she came out with a new dish for me and later on she brought couple of desserts for me and my kids. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!

Stay clear of this restaurant unless if you wanna trash your food in the bin. Ordered an Avacado toast today and it was burnt from the tope layer, with all bitter taste one can imagine.Also, server brought me the bill and put it on my table exactly 30 second after serving me food. What if i want more food or drinks ??? Such bizarre attitude and behaviour doesn’t really go with Hotel Rapport.

The reviews of this place weren't great, but we went anyway and were pleasantly surprised! Our waitress was very kind, and super attentive. The food was hot and very tasty! We ordered the Poké bowl, the spaghetti with chili garlic shrimp and the steak on focaccia and they were all delicious!I especially recommend the Lychee martini which was fantastic! Would definitely come and eat here again.

I took my friend here visiting from out of town. We just wanted some dessert after eating at the casino’s food court. The cheesecakes we ordered were well-presented. Raspberry & Oreo chocolate cheesecakes. Had pretty good service. We asked to be seated at their patio and had an amazing view of the garden and the water.

There no drink specials besides happy hour. We ordered the French beef dip and siracha burger. The fries were nice and so was the presentation. Unfortunately, the flavour wasn't there. Tasted like plain old bread. Even the meat tasted like bread. It's just ok. The service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Which is what we would come back for.

The atmosphere was very nice and the staff was nice. Food was pretty good. We had a group of 10 and everyone left satisfied with their meals. We also got the lettuce wraps and they were great!
