Experience is always the same - GREAT Customer Service - Stephanie is a Terrific Ambassador for Village Honda (and Collette and Vicky)! always on top of texting updates as necessary. Information on services required always appreciated and detailed like no other. Yes, you rarely get out of the Free Oil change for Free... BUT you are given the information you need to decide on what's immediate and necessary, and what you can do yourself (if applicable). I don't know if this is true for all dealerships, they will try to sell you services which is out of your maintenance minder like emission service and fuel system service. I would recommend to just stick to what the maintenance minder says. Also read your owner's manual as to what services are needed per time interval like brake system which is done every three years. Don't buy to anything they say. We could not blame them as they probably just follow orders.Also, be cautious after having your car serviced like when they have to remove certain exterior parts like bumpers. My rear bumper had a bunch of prying marks after they replaced the harness of my back up cam. Luckily I saw it after a few days, and they replaced the whole bumper free of charge.Also for tire rotation, better do it your own if you could. I discovered that once, they only rotated the passenger side tires but not the driver's side. I put marks on my tire so I would know.

I took my car in for door replacement and paint. Tyler Sweet is awesome to deal with, easy going , professional, organized. I got my car back today and it looks beautiful! Hats off to painters , they did a perfect match! I Strongly recommend the whole Service team!

The front desk and shuttle drivers are friendly, venue is nice but the dealer cannot be trusted, the certified used car that we purchased had problems one after one in the first two weeks.We purchased a used car end of November, after 2 days, we found the horn doesn’t work, they did not even test for a horn which is related to the safety.The 2nd week, we got engine light on during driving. It’s very frustrated to reach out to them again. They asked me to pay 150$ for diagnose and have no guarantee to fix the problem.They are just business men who don’t care about the customers. The first thing is that they DO NOT want to any responsibility about delivering a not proper checked used car. No solution was provided by the management to resolve the engine light issue. Buyers, Run from this dealership!

What an amazing experience from start to finish!Shane was amazing to work with and gave me peace of mind with my suv moving forward. Every aspect of the Honda team was kind and courteous and on the ball!I came to this location from a frustrating experience with Honda and feel my faith is renewed!!!I will definitely only bring me vehicle here moving forward!!

My mom had a tire service at 10 am. Was told we’d get a call around 4:30pm to pick the car up or get a shuttle back. They never bothered to call when the car was ready or they never got around to doing it. Now they’re closed and the car has the stay overnight. Had zero warning and we have other arrangements in the morning. Unorganized and very unprofessional.The issue isn’t that the car has to stay overnight - we understand that things could happen. It’s the lack of communication and not realizing that someone’s been waiting on you.If I could give 0 stars I would.
