It is right in front of the Main Enterance.However the price for parking is outrageous.You are single handedly paying for your medical services parking here.

Jan,19.23 in the morning I had a MRI appointment . I was helped by two technicians. Unfortunately I forgot their names. One was east Indian man. I am very greatful that they were assisting me. Two wonderful individuals with a lot of empathy and knowledge. Thank you very much!

I went for a veinous ultrasound; pretty quick wait time and excellent customer service: they took the time to contact my doctor to find out if they should do both legs (the req. was unclear). Glad they did, as he said yes, do both.

Great hospital great staff! Parking is a joke you need a helicopter to get anywhere near the front if the hospital it is seriously a joke trying to find parking. Once the anger of finding a spot and walking 15 mins back to the hospital, the hospital it's self is well marked and the staff is absolutely excellent there

4.5 stars! I know the facility is very busy, but from my own observations I can see that the medical staff have been doing an admirable job of caring. Keep up the good work RCH.

Royal Columbian Hospital (P) - Lot #1500
Went to visit the Lab for blood test for my wife. Since we were walk in they made us sit for an hr even though there was jus one appointment that came in after us. There was other staff who could have assisted but we saw them just sitting. After waiting and when we have our turn they informed us that the test that we wanted to do is not done on sat but only on weekdays. However before arriving at the hospital we have confirmed with the customer service that the test r done on weekend as well. So dont understand how they can have this internal miscommunication.

2 appts over 2 days $22.50 In parking fees ... I hate going anywhere in New West. The parking fees are outrageous. IF you can even find parking. . or are forced to pay those fees.

Have no idea how a parking lot can charge $15.50 for 4 hours parking PLUS $5.50 taxes??!!This lot is most definitely robbing people of their hard earned money!Why not just say the 4 hour rate is $21?!?Impark I always thought to be a fair company. Really not sure how they get away with charging this high tax!

This place is a zoo! A necessary evil of kaos. They should invest some funds into making a functional Emergency that can actually accommodate the crowds of people that inevitably must go here. COVID protocols just complicate this already disfunctional hospital emergency ward. This place has some good points to it that are heavily overshadowed by its downfalls. BC Healthcare NOT at its finest! RCH should be ashamed!
