Best experience ever..I went there at closing time coming from my Genetic ultrasound the next door,and they're very nice to still accomodate me.I'm really happy that I don't need to come the next day.

I had a great experience here. The wait is long, but only because it's busy-not because the staff is inefficient.Despite how busy it was, the team were welcoming, friendly, professional, and kind from start to finish.

Nice friendly staff. My vein is really hard to find and people screwed up may times. But Devesh shah who works at this location is master and did it really easily.We were late due to google navigation issue but staff was friendly and welcoming.I highly recommend this place.

I have been here 3 times in the last 3 months and all 3 times have been pleasant experiences. I have small veins so it is always difficult to find one to get blood drawn from but the staff here are very good at it. One time the technician passed me on to another technician because she didn’t want to poke me twice. Connie is wonderful and friendly. She is very gentle but also very quick. Ladies at the front desk are very friendly. I recognize that the clinic itself is very small and tight for waiting but the demeanor of staff matters a lot more when going for a test that may make everyone nervous. They honour online bookings although they may be 5-10min behind. The staff there make the wait tolerable. My husband tends to pass out during blood tests and the last time he went here and they were very caring whereas other places have made him feel bad for passing out. They allowed him to take his time and be okay before leaving. Highly recommend this clinic!

Have been to this location many times for blood work as a walk in ….staff very courteous and professional….location is very small ..it can be very busy at times…..hopefully when/if they modernize Whitby Mall they will expand this lab.

I made an online booking. They have space for both walk in and appointment. My appointment was at 9:50 and I was called at 10:05 for collection. Walk in clients usually has longer wait time. I also liked that they have a screen showing live wait time and schedule so you are very clear about you sopt.Clients requiring fasting and 2 hrs after test were given priority which I liked so things are done on time and I heard them providing specific direction on what to do. My blood draw was very neat and simple thanks to the Lab tech.

Horrible. First time there and never again !!! The worst experience having a blood test in my life. First of all, the guy poked the needle in my good arm totally missed the vein by over an inch and told me my vein was collapsed and then did my other arm and it was not only very painful but now I am so bruised on both arms, still 5 days later. No wonder there was no wait time. I gave one star because you have to.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Blood test was so painless i didn't even realize she was done. FYI it helps to look the other way! Yes the walk in wait can be long but that is to be expected now at any business/retail/health care facility due to staff shortages in ontario. Even the lines at a tims are long!

Take your blood work to another Life Labs location. Rude staff with no courtesy or manners. I stood there watching staff give all five people who walked in after me attitude and for no reason. Small cramped waiting area. I've had way better experiences else where.

Lovey techs, very kind and gentle. Make sure to book an appointment. With my appointment booked on a busy morning I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend
