Not the the most helpful staff. Like the saying ( Can't complain about the service there isn't any.) You lost me, no longer a customer of the establishment. I left without buying the materials I needed, you lost $250 easy. No stars is what I give you. I will blog about this bad experience so other people don't waste their time .

I stopped in here to pick up some fabric for a Halloween costume and was a bit lost in the store, once I found my bearings and had a nice look around I picked up my fabric roll. The ladies who do the cutting are fabulous and so kind! They made me want to start sewing more and get my old machine out. Really motivating and just a pleasure. I came back again to buy proper scissors and they gave really good advice.

I would have given at least 4 stars for the fabric quality, space, and customer service. The continued problem that I have with this site is that it’s not accessible. Many older people or those with mobility issues still sew. There is a lower part to the curb but the cement is cracked and broken. The doors do not have an automated feature. There is only a small area between the two sets of double doors so there is barely room for a walker or wheelchair to fit. My mother, an avid sewist and quilter, is unable to go into the store without assistance. In this day and age this is implora le.

Biggest Fabricville I've ever seen. If you're looking for cloth, or patterns, or anything related to sewing or home fabrics, don't bother going to smaller places. Avoid the frustration and come straight here. Helpful and knowledgeable staff show some incredible patience even if you have a long list of questions.

The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by shopping there and the store is very difficult to navigate. There were zero baskets available when I arrived with my two year old. I chose not to bring my stroller inside because I wouldn't have been able to push it and carry bolts of fabric around. You really could benefit from those little shopping carts that Dollaramas have, with the child seat too.Still no baskets available, so I decided to have some fabric cut already so it would be more manageable to look for more without carrying bolts all around. I asked if I could leave the first batch at the cutting station behind the counter to go get more and they said no

We went shopping for kitchen chair material for recovering purpose and ended up at Fabricville. This is a large store and the poor, friendly lady was the only one in that huge section and clearly, she was overwhelmed serving the numerous customers. This store really needs to hire more people as one person can not do the job of 2-3. I hope they pay her extremely well as she deserves it. This would have been a 4 star + review otherwise. Review reflects on store management, not the employees.

They overcharged me again. The clerk argued that my material was not on special. When I got home and checked the website I saw that it was. Same code so yes They owe me over 35$ for my order. I don’t trust them anymore. Will call head office and complain.Revised review after I called and went back,The assistant manager was nice and apologized and refunded me what I was owed. So if you think there is a mistake ask for a manager they seemed to be more knowledgeable and helpful.
