Vancouver Orthotics: Downtown

Dr Michael has now helped me with regular orthotics and special orthotics for my ski boots. He has been extremely efficient and has been flexible in his approach when I’ve been out of town! I am so glad I found him and his team!

I picked up my custom orthotics today, so far so good, the Dr. was great all throughout the process.

Doctor Michael did not show up to my appointment.. :(There's no sign of the business. The place was call something else. It was empty and dead quiet when I walked in. I checked both floors, no reception, no one picks up the phone, no answer to my email. So I stood outside in the street for 20mins confused..Eventually a friendly guy showed up and promised to relay the message that I showed up so I won't be charged cancellation fee.A lady scheduled me in via phone a week ago. Got confirmation emails and everything.I've never had the business gone MIA before. I hope I won't be charged no show fee. and hope the doctor is ok. Sadly my insurance expires in 5 days, so I won't get a chance to see them again.

Dr. Michael Horowitz took the time to ensure my orthotics fit perfectly, and now my feet feel great, with no more pain. Would definitely recommend his services, I ordered 2 pairs!

Got my orthotics done with Dr. Michael and it was a game changer for my spine.
