Costly forsure! At first I thought ushh why did we get into this so much money.. we have been surviving on tap this whole time why did we get this! But as time passed i started seeing the change in the skin and hair of my kids and my self.. food taste different. Overall even though it is expensive it was so worth it!! Cant drink any other water anymore, and kids don't have skin allergies anymore! Thank you Rheem!

What a scam! Do not call this company. You only end up paying for a sales call. If there was a 0 star I would give it.

I have been assisted many times by Mr. Waqar Syed, from Rainsoft for both the installation and subsequent servicing of my RO water treatment system. He is very professional, always quick to respond and genuinely cares about customers. I recommend him for his work and believe he is a great asset to Rainsoft...

With Rainsoft system, if the osmosis membrane is not working, only the Rainsoft people will fix your system and will charge you like a gold mine price of the osmosis and you can not even buy any compatability of the system. The replacement use is made in CHINA AND NOT MADE IN USA.RAINSOFT IS CROOK.

I am very appalled at the way in which this company handles there customers after the installation and they have already received your money. I spoke with the manager Paul who was very rude and unprofessional . He simple wanted to get me off the phone and was not able to address my concern as to why I did not have my water tested after the installation and also why I still havent received a follow up visit over 8months later. The water smells and has been smelling strange for a while and no explanation given. People pay way too much for this system to be treated like this and I would never recommend Rainsoft or LifeWater Systems to another person. This was overall a terrible experience from the beginning until now. This company needs more organization and customer service skills .

I never ever regret buying anything like that day that I went into the home depot store and that lady came up to me and offer to send someone to my house to test the water and the the sell me a system RAIN SOFT system sherlock was the person that came to my house and all the lies and sweet talk came out then came the snake Paul came and install the system and from that point to now 1 and a half later still having problems with them but the get my payment every month every time the booking and appointed to come to check the system Paul call u on the day maybe 5 minutes before the person come and cancel the appointment something always come up the last time the guy car broke down that over a month ago I guess he still didn't get it to fix please if anyone out there thinking off-putting this system in their house please don't it sounds good at first but after they get you to buy you are on your own this is the most unprofessional company I ever had to deal with read all the reviews before buying from them.
