Absolutely nightmare, never again. Made a high fuss about the elevators, only to ask for additional $150 and of course this was done after he had my $500 cash deposit, two sinks, and now I am crunched for time.Quoted $600 for the stone and $700 for labour by one of the clerks, then John requested $1575, which is $275.Customer service is very poor. He yells at you in the hope that he can get away with dificiencies, mabebthatbis just the way he talk to customers.Never again.

Can see all seams. Top of counters are not finished. Did not use one piece for island. Really poorly finished. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. Height is not at standard.

John has fone really professional job just finished today countertops in my spice kitchen and main kitchen including island in a very reasonable price and all the cuts and finishes are so good.I am really happy.

John is plain GREEDY. Charges $55 per square feet for TCE quartz. Everyone else charges the MSRP of $35. I guess I look like I was born yesterday.

I have been getting counters done by John since 2017. This is my 9th house in a row with John’s amazing service. Most of the time, counters are ready to install before the promised schedule. I never see him doing any short cuts. Also he is creative when discussing solutions. That shows how much he loves his profession & proud to be in this industry. Thank you John for great price with good service & always on time. Many more projects to do with you.
