If I didn’t have the recommendation from a local, I would have never thought to try the place. It’s a place the brings me back to how local restaurants use to be. Homemade, good portions and great tasting food. The waitresses knew several customers by name. You don’t see that at many places anymore. I look forward to going back.

They have amazing breakfast for the price. service is awesome. It has a cozy warm Vibe and the waitresses greet you with a smile. They seem very happy to serve you. I am probably going to go back. I love the bacon and eggs with the pan fries everything was cooked to my liking. I would recommend this breakfast spot if you're nearby.

Good experience. Staff was friendly.Lobster Roll Deluxe: It was a pleasant blend of texture. The toasted bread gave it a good warm crunch paired well with the cool fresh lobster. Overall, it was a refreshing plate and a great take on the classic lobster roll.Lobster Benedict:The lobster flavour was overpowered by the hollandaise sauce. The eggs were tasty and potatoes cooked with onions were a hit.Presentation was well done. I wouldn’t come back for the Lobster Benedict but definitely for the Lobster Roll Deluxe.Overall a pleasant experience.

Very unique restaurant in Moncton. It is like you stepped back in time. You can’t find this kind of service anymore. The food was very good and the fish was very fresh. The gravy for the mash potatoes was a little bland for my taste. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious. The steak and cheese sub was ultra juicy and you’ll have to eat it with a fork and knife. The pies look home made, but unfortunately we were already too full to try. Just be aware that they close at 7, so if you plan on going for dinner, don’t go too late. We were there around 5:30 and they were already out of a cream pies. They also have breakfast, which we would love to go try.

Had a feast here 10 years ago and never forgot the place... returned here 10 years later and the place looked the same way I remembered... prices of the food are up, $98 feeds a family of 4... 2 adults and 2 children.

Good breakfast offerings. The chicken wraps and steak sandwiches are fair for lunch. They have a standard kids menu as well.Hot turkey sandwich is quite nice.

After reading the reviews, I was disappointed with the service I received at this well known place. Arrived shortly after 11am and greeted with a smile, it was not busy when we arrived. Since it was after 11am I was informed pan fries would be extra 4.79 to my breakfast order. We surprisingly were never checked in on by our waitress who walked by multiple times. I did not receive the straw I asked for with my water and the orange juice tasted thin and watered down. My partner got the hot Turkey Sandwich with pan fries on the side, which ended up being flavourless and underdone with lots of onions.Over all - bang for your buck wasn’t great here.Will not be back.

First time here in town and this is a place I'd not only recommend others too (aka you and friends/family), but also a resturant I'm 100% coming back to.Foods to die for, left with a gut buster due to over eating which is probably what happens to everyone who goes (hard time walking to the car). Everything is amazing so depends on what you're in the mood for, we wanted a little bit of everything and enjoyed everything on the menu, but also the service is east coast class (aka first class)!
