Was very excited about getting a new Ford escape as my van bit the dust. I gave 2 stars as Corey was awsome super friendly knew his stuff. But since purchasing this vehicle in Dec it has been at the garage 7 times. A family of 5 and I can't drive it a day without the check engine on.I had contacted about the problem as when we looked at it before buying there were no problems under the hood, it went for safety threw them came back brought it home. Started having issues the second day of having it,took it to the mechanic and they had mentioned a big part was one of my values to the engine block was now missing spraying oil all over the cylinders. The mechanic had mentioned it was not like that when it went there for the safety. So in a matter of me seeing it and being fine the mechanic seeing it and it was fine to go back to the shop for me to get it, this piece had been broken off. So within a matter of 4 weeks I had to pay a deductible to have it fixed. Which did not fix the problem and away my car goes again today as it needs more work. No one has reached out about the issues or tried to make it right. I was sold a lemon and now money just continues to come out of my pocket for a vehicle I bought a month and half ago.Do not recommend the vehicle to be purchased there. Staff very nice but vehicle was not wotlrth it and I should have went elsewhere.

Car came from a safety check" twice and still couldn't meet safety standards.Was told it was given an oil change
