Had an appointment at 4pm, guy showed up at 2:30pm while I was still working. Rang my camera doorbell and after not getting an answer he attempted to break into my house by entering door codes on my front door. I never gave them a code to my door.When I called the office, the manager told me that she doubts that ever happened... even though I have it on recorded video! I would never let these people near my property again

Once again I was very impressed with the work Pro Trades completed for me. They installed a back up sump pump system in April. They knew that I would be completing the drywall repair myself and were very good about keeping the area of drywall that had to be cut to a minimum. The gentleman that worked on it left my basement clean and tidy and even called to discuss where he had to cut the drywall prior to making the cuts. 10/10! I'd highly recommend Pro Trades for any trade related work you need done on your house.

I called to have my elderly parents gas fireplace repaired and cleaned. They were able to come out that day and quickly repaired and cleaned both fireplaces. My father was very happy with the service and professionalism.

Our furnace stopped working two evenings ago. i phoned ProTrades @ 11pm & technician took call. early next morning Kate sent technician who diagnosed the problem, installed a defective igniter purchased locally. furnace working perfectly again. thank you ProTrades. you've always come through, the Mcloskeys

The technician, McKenzie who attended the booked appointment, was absolutely thorough, finding several issues that had caused our last three back-up-heating, hydro bills to triple. McKenzie was prompt, patient, polite, speedy and informative as he remedied the situation and explained the problems and further steps that we could take to remedy the remaining troubles on our own..
