Amazing experience at La Maison from start to finish. The team went over and above to ensure they had a sample of my dream dress (a style they do not usually carry) flown in from the brand just for my appointment.After saying yes to the dress in Dec 2019 & postponing our 2020 wedding; I had the pleasure of returning in August 2021 for alterations. Despite having lost weight & only having a month to work on my dress; the team were able to make everything fit like a glove & even schedule me in for an extra appointment during wedding week to make sure it was perfect. I also love they they are a one-stop shop as I was able to get my veil and headpiece there to complete my look.

I recommend this place to everyone looking to buy a wedding dress. Over all other places we visited in Ottawa, this was the one that made me feel the most special, heard, and excited. They literally hype you up for your wedding and try their absolute best to help you find your dream dress with your budget. Fantastic staff and lovely owner.La Maison Bridal's staff treated us with patience and smiles, were very understanding and attentive to how we felt/what we wanted. The quality of the service and the dresses themselves are top of the line. But affordable at the same time.And I absolutely LOVE MY DRESS! Thank you!!

I made an appointment for Sunday instead of Saturday by mistake. When we realized. The team I was so accommodating and put me in an open spot they had. Victoria was my consultant and asked for my feedback and preferences. I found a dress I loved and she gave me the options for purchase including offering the sample at a discounted price. Everything was simple and easy- beautiful dress options and great staff.

Best bridal shop I have been to in Ottawa!! I felt really discouraged going into the store after trying on so many dresses at other stores. But Alyssa pumped me up about the experience and dolled me all up like a bride. I ended up finding THE dress here . It's exactly what I wanted and they were the only store in Ottawa to have it ❤️ I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much for all the help! They even fit me in for an appointment last minute. I highly recommend this store.What I loved about this shop, they did not try and make me try anything on that wasn't my style I was in control.My two visits to the shop my experience was different each time. I still have to get alterations done , I'm feeling hopeful and excited.

I made an appointment to try on a specific dress and they didn’t have my size. The first 4 dresses I tried didn’t fit. I got stuck in a dress. I am curvy and a size 8 in street clothes, and not being able to try on the dresses I liked was heartbreaking. I have been to other bridal stores and they always have multiple sizes of dresses. I cried after I left… The whole experience was overwhelming like they had overbooked… I felt rushed and pressured. Please get more sizes…it’s not how I wanted to feel trying on dresses.

My dress consultant was amazing, understood what style I was going for, and picked a great selection of dresses for me to try. The dress arrived in a short 6 months. I had a wonderful experience! La Maison was my first of three stops in one day last December. I brought my sister, best friend, aunt and mom with me to try on dresses for the first time. The store is small but we had a lovely little spot with 4 chairs, a platform and massive mirrors.The dress consultant brought me around the store to pick out a few dresses and made great suggestions on types to try on. I had a vision but ended up falling in love with a completely different type of dress. The consultant was amazing at answering all of my questions and bringing out different types of accessories.We ordered the dress December 10th and I received the email that it had arrived on May 5th as estimated. We went yesterday to meet the dress and it was also a wonderful experience! The consultant (Anna or Sarah?) also brought out a bunch of accessories and answered questions about the process moving forward.Lots of beautiful dresses and great service! I'm so excited to walk down the aisle :)

I loved my experience at La Maison Bridal Boutique! I was nervous at first as this was my first time shopping for my wedding dress but Robyn made the whole process so enjoyable! I appreciated how she listened to what I was looking for and respected my budget with all the dresses she showed me. I even found THE dress during that first appointment and I truly felt like a bride!
