I’ll be sticking with Once Upon a Child from now on. It seems like every single time I go to this store I leave thinking I’ll never go back. I then wait a few months and decide to try again, but this time I mean it. Customer service is awful, often find clothes with rips or stains on the racks. The prices aren’t great considering if you bring in a buy they offer you pennies for your items. I was literally offered $8 for a pair of maternity jeans, a brand new with tags maternity t-shirt and 2 small toys. What a waste of time and just a joke at this point. It would make sense if they low balled you, if their prices were low, but they aren’t. You can find way better items at Once Upon a Child and it’s more affordable.

I was in the store yesterday looking at splash pants. The store is very messy and unorganized. While browsing a customer stopped in to sell her items. The cashier was very rude saying they didnt have time for her items. She asked if she could leave them for tomorrow. The cashier snapped back that they don't allow overnight buys and the customer walked out without a word. After leaving the two employees basically bashed the customer for not knowing the rules. I put my single item back on the shelf and left. I will not support a business that jumps down a customer's throat. Good luck!

Terrible experience. I brought some brand new looking toys and clothing to sell. They were very rude and short when I arrived and was asking them some questions. When I came back later that day to pick anything up leftover that they didn't want they'd written a note saying the items were in poor condition." But some of the items they didn't want were brand new! And worst of all

Very dishonest place. My daughter went through her toys and we brought them here so she could make a little cash. They said they pay 30% of what they would charge. They offered her $11 and change. We went back the next day to buy something she saw the day before and saw most of the items she sold them the day before. The prices they had on stuff easily totalled over $100 so why the heck did they only pay her $11??? Just don't lie about the price your putting on stuff to pay people less. It's very dishonest and bad for business. I will knock this business to anybody and everybody I can to avoid them being scammed! You literally scammed a 10 year old.Btw I have pictures of everything we sold as we were originally going to post to marketplace first!

Went in today to try and sell some of daughters baby clothes as she has grown out of them. I had a laundry basket full of clothes sizes 0 months to 9 months. They looked at maybe 5 pairs of onesie pjs, placed the pjs opened on top of basket to make it look like they went through the rest of the basket. When I got home I went through the basket to see what they took and they didn’t even bother to look at any clothing as it was still all nicely folded and sorted by sizing that I organized and set up last night. On top of that they told me that they could only offer me 2 dollars as the rest was not up to ‘condition’. Be mindful that 70% of these clothes were not even worn, so I am very confused how new clothes never worn aren’t up to their standards.

Selection is great! Staff is definitely hit or miss. I find myself apologizing as if I'm some sort of inconvenience asking for basic customer service when staff are clearly available to help. You would expect whoever chooses to work there is knowledgeable on baby & child gear and are interested in sharing that expertise. I wouldn't recommend this for new moms who have questions.

Don’t bother. They won’t take even half of your clothes due to condition. I removed any clothes that were worse for wear before taking anything to the store. Unless it’s brand new I would love to understand the terms around “condition” but even then I doubt they would take it.Wont be back

Very over priced, I went in looking for clothes for back to school, pants were 10-20$ shirts were the same and looked very worn out. I checked their costumes and for a used Anna dress they want Ed 26$. I thought this was a used clothing store for kids to be affordable for parents but I guess I was wrong.
