Dr Henry is an amazing thorough doctor who caught a problem when I didn’t even know it was there. He and his staff are respectful and I truly appreciate how amazing they are.T Glynn

Dr. Henry and his staff are great. He has a lot of practical advice and really cares. It's a shame that GPs are so overwhelmed these days. Also, the front desk staff is very professional and detail oriented.

My first time at this clinic! I requested an appointment online at 730 (before they were even open), I got a call at 9am, had an appointment at 930 and was in and out by 935 with a prescription in hand! Great service and kind staff! Thank you :)

Dr. Henry is a caring thorough doctor. He has been such help. Wish he could be my family doctor. The staff are all very nice. Even the pharmacy that is attached to the clinic.

Doctor Henry is a liar. I just moved here and was made to deregister my previous family Dr. So I went here to get a new prescription. The Dr said he would continue to refill my prescription when my pharmacy faxed him. I specifically asked him if he would refill it and he told me yes...today, I couldnt get a hold of them for an hour and I had to get a refill for the next day. The pharmacy had faxed him a week prior and he did not answer. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and told me the Dr must have made a mistake, he doesnt do that if you're not a regular patient. She proceeded to tell me to either come in or go to another clinic. This is the worst clinic I have ever had to deal with.

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor/clinic visit! Right from the receptionist, through the doctors visit, and ending with the pharmacy.All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. The visit was so quick, and we were in and out in no time. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!

I would like to mention Scarlet and Ammy who were incredibly kind and helpful at the front desk. Dealing with sick people at a walk-in clinic is challenging and they led with kindness and understanding. Thank you ladies.

Reception is terrible. Impossible to get an appointment and she’s often very rude when you do finally get ahold of them. They get appointment times wrong, and wont fill a prescription for more then a month. Dr Ohgogo is fantastic, but his reception team and phone system are the reason for the one star review.

Dr. Henry took the time to address my medical needs even tho I was a walk in patient . Very kind . The front desk staff is awesome especially in todays medical climate and having to deal with many people without a family doctor

Updated review:Dr Henry has been great for me and my family. I’ve been seeing hi. For couple years now. Doctor is compassionate, competent and truly cares for his patients. I know there’s that frustration on seeing the doctor with 1 problem at a time, but that is with any doctor right now.They have also worked very hard to update their appointment booking system and I have to give this office credit! The appointment booking system is easy, fast and seamless. More over the girls at the front desks are very prompt with responses and helpful. They went above and beyond for me when I needed their assistance obtaining some health records.
