These guys know their stuff.Took the time to explain alot of stuff about prescription masks for me and knew I was not buying that day.Great service and staff, I will be back for my prescription mask next vacation!

Took my NITROX course with them and have purchased equipment from them. High caliber stuff and their ability to look after it for me is beyond reproach. I always take my equipment there to have it checked before my dive trips to warmer waters. They stand behind everything they sell from gear, cameras, flashes etc. Great place to attend, talk and shop at.

Awesome guys to dive with! Andrew and Chris are very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are very enthusiastic about diving and their instructors are great. If you are looking to get PADI certification, definitely go with them!

My wife and I have been Tri-City customers for the past 10 years and have purchased lots of equipment over the years; including tanks, wetsuits, fins, underwater camera, underwater lights, and other various accessories as well as air fills. We both did our PADI Advanced and Nitrox Certifications. The training was top-notch with professional yet friendly instructors who dive the local region regularly and have great insight and advice to offer new divers who also wish to dive the Great Lakes.We have also done some wreck charters through Tri-City and have found their diving community and members have always been very friendly and welcoming to us and diving with them has always been an enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable of equipment and options. Appreciated them assembling and also testing the regulator system I purchased to ensure it would work fine as I was travelling with it shortly after purchase.Quality item in store.

I have been looking to do the Padi Reactivate program before I go on vacation, after not having dived in 6 years. My local dive shop told me that Drew and his team had a pool-session class that very night and asked if I would like to join them. On very short notice, Drew made all of the arrangements for me, managed to get all of the gear that I would need to the pool, and set me up with a fantastic instructor, Daren. I was initially nervous due to not having done a dive in so long, but Daren put me at ease so quickly. His instruction was fantastic, thorough, easy to follow, and most of all fun. These guys really went out of their way to accommodate me-top notch customer service. Thanks guys!

Great service, supper friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, comparable to other local stores but more than buying from the US. They sell halcyon back plates/wings, dui dry suits, bare wetsuits, Suunto and shearwater computers
