I gotta take the time to post a review. I never do this even for great service. However, I have to take the time to promote, pat on the back and pump the tires of the owners and staff at Pet Planet in Chestermere. Honestly probably some of the best service, above and beyond customer care and appreciation I've ever experienced. I can't say enough about this store and how they treat their customers with and without fur. Proud to have this store in our little town. Keep up the amazing work and thanks for all that you do!

Jeff and his staff were so helpful getting medical supplies for my cat on Remembrance Day. They close at 5 but I couldn’t be there til 6:30, he came back to the store and gave me what l needed. Great to see business going the extra mile. Decently will be going back and supporting!! Thank you again Jeff and staff.

Absolutely love this store. The staff who work here are so friendly and love when we bring our senior staffy in. They carry a huge selection of high quality food and treats, and they carry a lot of chew treats, our girl loves the esophagus and pig snout most. They can order stuff in for you, and they're always quick. Really love this store, and glad it's so close to home!
