Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff (looked like the manager) was extremely rude to my mother today at the store. She made rude comments regarding my mother’s English (her second language) for absolutely no reason whatsoever. This is 2022, racist behaviour is inexcusable. I will take this to social media and there will be consequences if actions are not taken.

Extremely impressed with the sales rep at Square One Bentley. She was polite, hospitable, and expressed her knowledge of the luggage in a wonderfully personable way! I thrive on excellent customer service and this girl's got it going on! Even with other people in the store she was attentive and didn't make me feel rushed. I bought an IT Girl Rose Gold suitcase. It's shiny and durable! Very happy with my purchase. Stay Sweet!

My go to store for casual bags, and accessories, great prices, and always new items to choose from in many of their locations. The staff are great, they never stear me wrong. I also appreciate seeing the same sales persons working there even thought i haven't been to the square one location for some time.

I loved shopping here today! I had excellent service from the lady working. I went to other locations and was not greeted or asked what I wanted. I felt like I had a personal shopper today! I did buy a purple bag for my trip to Jamaica next week but will definitely return for more shopping when I come back!

I visited your store located in Square one, Mississauga. I had a horrendous experience with sales associate named Verrona" as i was humbly asking regarding the deals associated with black Friday deals ... instead of helping me she racial profiled me and said that you should go to Walmart. This employee was rude and showing her ratchet attitude... how dare she can talk like this to a customer...if you cant do your job...please find something else.I am seriously disappointed

I went there to look for a bag. We were the only customer in the store. There were 2 employees none of them showed any interest in showing us around. I think there talks were more important than the customers. Really bad customer service.

Best shop to buy luggage bags . Price is less as compared to walmart and other places. Best customer service. Quality is also so good.
