Delta Hotels by Marriott, Mont Sainte-Anne, Resort & Convention Center

Amazing hotel at the foot of a great Ski Resort called Mont Saint-Anne. The hotel staff was outstanding and very accommodating to all of our needs. The 2 hottub pool were very relaxing after a great day of skiing. Will be back to ski again next year and enjoy the fabulous accommodation!!! Thank you for the greatest stay in Canada.

This hotel was somewhat of a disappointment.Before booking here, I highly recommend inquiring to see if they have a wedding during your stay. There were two weddings while we were there yesterday and it kept us up very late because our room was facing the reception for one of them.. extremely unfortunate.The check in staff weren’t welcoming or helpful, I had to inquire about many basics (ex. Restaurants on site, how parking worked, etc.). The restaurant turned out to be very expensive for the offerings and the quality… we spent over $350 on dining alone because there aren’t many other options available within walking distance.I was charged $100 a day on my visa for additional “deposits”. When I called the reception to inquire about these, I was told that they were because we dined at the restaurant and taken as additional deposits “just in case”.. I’ve never encountered this at a Marriott property before and wasn’t told about dining deposits upon check in. We will be monitoring for our “deposit” refund.Our room was OK. Somewhat clean for what we needed.. could use additional attention though. We found wine stains on our bed frame and box spring, as well as hair in the shower, and damage on our coffee table.Amenities such as gym and pools were nice, but also dirty.We won’t be returning to this property unfortunately.

The location is great, 30min from Quebec old city, easy drive. The staff is friendly and polite.The hotel has two outdoors pools, one indoor, one hot tube and one hot pool also. They are kept very clean. They have a lifeguard. We got a penthouse suite with one king at the lower level with full kitchen. And two double bed on the mezzanine level. There was plenty of towels for the bath and for the pools. Rooms are clean. Beautiful hotel, they just renovated.

Loved our stay here. We stayed in a Condo with full kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub, indoor pool and the rec room. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor play structures. The Gondola that is practically at the backyard of the hotel is very convenient.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are large, spacious and very clean. There are dishware, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge. The bathroom has many towels, full-size shampoo and bodywash which is quite appreciated. They have a hairdryer, an iron, extra chairs, a safebox, basically all the little things you might need.Their restaurant is a bit pricey and service is quite slow.I was here for some conferences and found the conference building a bit far, which means a lot of walking in high heels. I recommend wearing flats haha.In all, a great hotel with friendly staff.

This Delta by Marriott Hotel is awesome. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. All of the front desk personnel were very kind. Danielle was amazing. She was so helpful and made sure everything was just right. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a full kitchen with all of the necessary utensils. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The food at their restaurant, Bistro Nordik, is delicious. Nice wait staff. They have a great breakfast buffet. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. The ski mountain is right outside the back door. So convenient. The housekeepers were so accommodating and sweet. They took care of all our needs, always with a smile.We took our family of 10 to this Delta in January for 5 days and we just returned home from a 7 day trip there. We have never had a problem. They hosted a snowboard competition while we were there and the hotel was totally booked. It is so spacious that we never felt like it was crowded and the service was still spot on. Beautiful large fireplace in the lobby.We a frequent travelers and this is by far one of our favorite hotels. We will definitely be back soon.

We loved the location and facilities, and even the room was amazing, however 1. starting with entering the hotel through two automated doors that didn’t open until you were about two inches away from them…I had to develop a habit of walking through with my arms held in front of me to avoid running into them.2. The room was not ready for us for 45 minutes approximately 1.45 hours after the official check in time, which was very frustrating after a 7 hour drive with little children. We were rushed to get to our reservations after finally getting settled into our room.3. Our breakfast was costly but we expected to be exposed to luxurious meals at an equivalent price.. We felt like we were getting a somewhat more comprehensive continental breakfast at a much higher price than the complimentary breakfast we were offered at far less luxurious hotels.4. Our room was not cleaned and towels replaced, bed’s made over our three day stay. The first morning we put the “do not disturb “ on because the room was fine still, but we removed it from then on and received no housekeeping.We felt for the $1200+ price tag for our stay it did not satisfy our expectations of our numerous Delta hotel standards, and we may not return to this Delta in the future due to our experience, although we feel that these problems could be easily resolved to make this a spectacular experience

Beautiful hotel, loved the room, service was good enough. Had an issue at check in, they gave me the wrong room. Bad first impression but I got it fixed.The outside of hotel in the front looks very nice and fancy, the side views make it look like you are staying at a 1970's condo however.My room had a full kitchen, but unlike most hotels with a full kitchen, it did not have the basic tools needed to cook a meal. For example, no paper towel, no strainer etc. Make sure to bring your own things as they only have like a silverware set and spatula etc.The coffee in the room is the most dark bitter espresso available from Nespresso I believe, this is not suitable for daily hotel room coffee. Luckily I brought my own capsules. Also they never bothered to refill the coffee pods anyways during my 4 night stay.The big pool was not filled, but the indoor was nice. I was sitting in the hot tub outside when a bird crashed into the glass gates, landed into the tub across from me and started trying to swim for it's life. I pulled it out but it was too late. Very upsetting and mood killing. I know it's not all their fault but later when the worker found the body he said how it happens all the time. There are stickers they could put on the glass to help the birds see the difference, that would be a cheap fix and not upsetting to the guests.Parking was totally full on Saturday night, I had to park in the ski resort lot.
