Stephanie was amazing to deal with; always cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. Not only did she help me find permanent employment but she also called in to check up every so often to make sure I was liking it. Never worked with a better agency and have never had a better representative. Highly recommended!

I recently had a negative experience with a recruiter that reached out to me and offered a number of different positions. They were extremely friendly at first and I felt as though they really cared for their customers - however I unfortunately don't feel the same after my experience. I was hoping they would provide me with guidance, support, and job leads. My experience with them was quite disappointingFirstly, the recruiter did not provide me with the level of support that I had hoped for. They would respond, however their emails were short and dismissive. I felt like I was just another number to them rather than a valued job seeker who needed their help.To make matters more difficult, the recruiter did not follow up with me regarding job applications that were sent out. I was left in the dark about my job search progress - even if my application wasn't selected, I would have appreciated a follow up. This lack of communication was very frustrating and made me feel like my job search was going nowhere.Overall, I regret trusting this recruiter. It's important to find a recruiter who is responsive, communicative, and has your best interests at heart. Unfortunately, this recruiter did not meet those standards.
