Kia of Brockville

Stopped into Kia of Brockville for an oil change enroute from Toronto to Montreal. This has probably been the best service I've had in my 42 years that had anything to do with cars. Thank you to Rick and team for making my experience beyond perfect.

We leased a new Kia with no problem. We brought in our old lease with no hassle and continued on trucking. Thanks Kia of Brockville!!

KIA buyers beware!Anyone else had a recalled" KIA engine that the company refused to fix?We've heard story after story of this happening and innocent KIA customers getting screwed over.No wonder a company has so many class action lawsuits when they leave their customers high and dry with a hefty car loan

Got a car here and loved the experience sorta , definitely friendly staff and can help you get into a car however very unorganized .I wanted a something else but unfortunately was only able to get what they could give me . I love it but hate it at the same time .The other problems where I had to sign two leases , which made my payments go up ? I never understood why I had to sign too but it caused a lot of stress after to find out 3 months later after signing the second lease that the new payments would come out right after I just paid my car payment , they did fix it but it shouldn’t have happened at all .And then getting the run around Kia brockville saying it wasn’t them and Kia Financial saying it’s Kia brockvilles faultI’m prettty sure it’s both there faults if I didn’t have to sign two leases :/Dealing with them was great they definitely fix it they are friendly but I dunno if I’m the only one that has dealt with issues

This is the worse dealership. Do not buy a KIA if you care for your safety. The air bag sensors are located too low and DON'T open when in a severe crash. The staff is not knowledgeable enough to warn you about it and you will get brushed off if you do bring any concerns.

Awful service !! Dave in service department is a lying scammer , 2021 blown motor at 60k car sat there a week nothing done picked car up dead battery interior covered in grimy paw prints plastic trim on drivers side pillar pulled off for no reason. DO NOT buy a Kia from these clowns or any vehicle from Dixons Auto Group. Reading all reviews and attitude of owner" makes me regret the purchase even more."

My wife and I just moved to the Brockville area. We have always been pleased with KIA so we went to Brockville KIA and we were not disappointed. The service was great, everyone was happy, not pushy, didn’t try to rush us. We were able to explain what we were wanting, and they chose a few models for us to test drive. We left with a new KIA Forte and a big smile on our faces. A++

The service department was great, I had to get an engine replaced under warranty for a recall issue with the 2015 Kia Soul's and I felt I really had the backing of the dealership when they were dealing with Kia of Canada, Rick was fantastic and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Highly recommended.
