We have taken all of our animals here, and even have made some of our friends switch to see Dr. Trina. She provides the most compassionate and understanding care, and is always honest about treatment possibilities. We recently had our newest family member contract a fatal condition, and we were left no choice but to put him down. Dr. Trina went above and beyond, emailing with us beyond work hours to coordinate the best possible scenario for our little boy. We felt welcomed, loved, and did not feel rushed for a moment. If you are looking for a vet who cares for you and your animals, see Dr. Trina. Get on every wait list possible, she is worth it.

The only vet I’d ever take my bunnies to! Dr.Trina is amazing, and all the staff are wonderful! Very kind, extremely skilled. You’ll feel comfortable knowing your pets are in the very best hands here, I haven’t felt that way anywhere else.

We absolutely love Dr. Trina. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your pet and and will take the time to chat through everything to ensure you are able to make an informed decision. She will give honest advice on how to proceed if you are unsure what the right call is. I absolutely love this vet and am always recommending her to friends and family. In addition to Dr. Trina, the receptionist and vet techs are also wonderful to deal with. We have had nothing but positive experiences here and our dog also loves to go in which speaks wonders.

*UPDATE * I couldn’t remember the amount of teeth removed so thank you for the reminder , during the time we were deciding on getting Colbie’s teeth done we contacted your office with questions in which we got answers back from our vet , so maybe there was some discrepancies in the details , we found it strange we had to communicate through our vet to get answers from your office , if you don’t know that your assistant or vet tech (not sure how she is addressed ) said that you guys ran out of time while showing us the xray of her cracked tooth that should be monitored, maybe it’s best you are there while discharges are being made…The X-Rays did not go into a junk file at my vet’s as I asked for that detail to be checked yesterdayMoral of the story is shop around , I was never looking for state of the art services, just what needed to be doneWe went on a recommendation of our vet and didn’t look any further so that is on usAs stated we are very happy with the way she was taken care of just wished there was time for the cracked tooth to be removed at that appointment as discussedWe appreciate what you did , just wish that last tooth wasn’t left behindWe specifically asked that all 3 teeth be extracted at this appointmentWe left disappointed with the outcome of that tooth , we ended up putting her on antibiotics and pain meds til we found someone who could extract itShe is healing up amazingly and are happy with how quickly she healedShe is doing well now !Although we had a good experience and Dr .Trina and staff were very kind, after 2 teeth were extracted we were sure (my husband and I) that 3 were an issue but 1was left in. We had 2 different visits 1 was removed the 1st visit and the 2nd visit 2 were removed 6 months later. We were referred by our vet and were happy with the extractions but found them to be very expensive but with a referral from our trusted vet we went ahead with both appointments. We now had to get that 3rd tooth removed and went with a different vet as the previous surgeries were very costly, almost 4x more than we ended up paying with a different vet, even with that tooth being abscessed and bone loss just 5 months after they left the tooth in saying that they thought it was ok. We asked Sana Adelaide if they could do it and make it right by us since it should have been taken out the previous time and were given an estimate for the exact same price they charged the first two times (the highest amount of the estimate range). They said they sent my dogs X-rays to the new vet but they were never received, I personally requested them be sent over and i was told my vet called and asked 3x for them and still never received them. Overall they did a good job but felt they left bad teeth in and told us to just monitor it because they ran out of time under anaesthesia to extract it. Our dog had 3 different surgeries for dental extractions in 12 months which we feel was totally unnecessary and way too costly. I recommend getting quotes from several veterinarians before getting Sana Adelaide to do it. We would have saved a significant amount of money if we did.

We were referred to Sana by our mobile vet for a dental surgery for our senior cat and had an amazing experience. They were extremely communicative and checked in regularly throughout the day to inform me of what was happening. After the surgery, the most wonderful human went over the surgery and after care with me (I forget her name.. sorry! But she was great and really eased my nerves!) I called a couple times to follow up about medication doses and they were nothing but kind and helpful. I would absolutely bring my cats here again. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation as smooth and possible.

We love Dr. Trina and her whole team at Sana Adelaide. They always make us feel welcome, and we know our puppy is in great hands. Dr. Trina is professional, caring, and genuine. She's happy to spend time talking things through with us, making sure our questions are answered and our concerns are addressed. I feel very confident bringing our puppy here, and look forward to many years of visits ahead.

Both my dogs love Trina and all staff at Sana! They are all so friendly, attentive, caring and knowledgeable. They answer questions and concerns and are so patient with our dogs! We switched from another Vet (where we were not having a great experience) when they opened up, and have had nothing but the best experience and so happy we made the switch!

I’ve been taking my Ferrets and my dog to Sana Adelaide for over 2 years now, I adore Dr. Trina & her staff, Wendy is always a friendly face. Dr. Trina is extremely patient and thorough in her exams of my furry friends, she talks me through all of her thoughts and concerns when I present her a difficult case, such as my aggressive rescue bully. Most recently, I had an extremely traumatic event happen at home where I STEPPED ON MY 4lb ferret…. I know…. Terrible fur-mom. :(I left Dr. Trina a voicemail at an ungodly hour, hysterically crying, unsure of my choices, or whether or not my lil man was even going to make it through the night. In the morning when the clinic was open, despite it being a busy surgery day for Dr. Trina, with no available appointments.. they told me to bring my ferret in straight away, and they would exam/treat/monitor him for the day.I gave Dr. Trina the go ahead for X-rays, bloodwork, and supportive medications for him. Dr. Trina called me at noon with her results of the X-rays and her physical exam, along with her treatment plan going forward. I was given the option to take him home at the end of the day, and return him to the clinic the following day for a re-check. Bless Dr. Trina and her amazing staff, because my lil man is now home, given the all-clear after his recheck- well on his way to recovery. I wasn’t even sure if he was going to make it through the night when the incident happened, let alone be given the all-clear to come home (with supportive medications) less than 48 hours later. Dr. Trina showed me the X-rays, bloodwork, and walked me through every step of my ferrets treatment. I felt very confident in her prognosis and treatment plan, and trusted her judgement on where to go/what to do next.I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Trina and her team for coming to my rescue yesterday morning and taking on another fur baby when they had no time to do so. For sitting with him, monitoring him for long hours, and making sure he was in the best condition to come back home to me. The possibility of losing a beloved pet by my own hands was a horrific thought, and I’m forever grateful that thanks to Dr. Trina and her team, that’s not going to be the case.Thank you x10 millionMegan Tripp
