10 out of 10 recommend this place for birthday parties! My son also does classes here but wanted to do a birthday party here as well. It could not have gone any better. There is staff to help out with the kids and to do clean up as well. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave!

Excellent instruction, atmosphere, and people. There is a great group of coaches and participants, from beginners to higher level belts. The coaches and other participants make you feel at home from the day you join.

Dominic has been at United bjj and Muay Thai for 3 years now. They have been a big influence in his self esteem, self confidence and focus which has helped him at school. The staff and coaches are A+ and I can’t say enough, how great this place is!

I first started at united when my kids started the mighty monkeys class they offer. And my boys loved it ! From watching my kids grow and see how much fun they were having it inspired me to start my own martial arts journey with united, having never done any type of martial arts I was very nervous to start. But everyone at united not only the coaches but the other students were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable coming to the classes!on my journey not only has my physical fitness improved but my mental wellness too. My confidence has grown to a level I never thought I could get to. And I have Chris and the staff to thank for that .So if you're looking for a place where you can have an amazing workout and make some great friends, this is the place you want to be!!

Great group of coaches and participants. Welcoming, friendly, & excellent for complete beginners or people with any level of martial arts experience. Always come away with a smile on my face after training.

My daughter goes to their camps and after school care. She loves it there! They are so amazing and kind to her. I cannot say enough good things about them and their programs.

United is simply the best.The class instructor, who is also the owner, takes time to show the lessons multiple times from different angles and then goes around correcting the students. In the kids classes the coaches genuinely care about their students. In the adult classes the students ages range from 18-50 years old with both men and women attending. Everyone there is fun to be with and all of the students are willing to show anyone new things as they practise. All of these things combined take United from being ordinary to extraordinary. My only regret about United is not having found out about them sooner.I hope to see you there.

I started at United about a year ago and I have nothing but good things to say! The community is friendly and helpful for returning and new members alike. The owner and teachers are knowledgeable. There are activities for all ages and martial arts are a great way to stay fit!

It's been such a wonderful experience for my son. The moment you walk in you see the smiling and ever helpful Erin. Any questions or concerns are effectively answered. Such a joy.The owner and coaches have created such a great environment for the kids. Bully free and self-esteem building. I highly recommend for kids and teens
