Horrible customer service. Its interesting you want to partner with them yet they don't want to call you to set things up. Been waiting for days now and all I have been getting everyday is I'm sorry they will call tomorrow" for the past week now. Might need to go with Gordon food service"

I have been running restaurants for 20 years and running a restaurant is not an easy job, but Sysco sure makes it easier. Sysco supplies me with great products and they provide great support developing menu items and making a great looking menu. Sysco stands by it's products and they always make sure I am happy with the products I am receiving. Prices are very good too, I sure saved lots of time shopping around to find what I need. Thank you Sysco and thank you to all the great workers and managers of Sysco...you rock.

Avoid this place. They’ll set an appointment but actually its first come first serve. Bull$hit. Took them 6 hours to unload 10 pallets. Wasted my f time

I had applied for a job at Sysco I’d say about 2 years ago I went for the Interview and was told I done well and that they were putting me on what they call their short list to be called back we’ll let me tell you that was a bold face LIE also anyone that I have talked to from then until now I have recommended that nobody should apply for work at Sysco in Port Coquitlam British Columbia cause they lie and are very dishonest

I think only references work here because I have applied there so many times but never received any response however, other people got hired without any experience because they had reference there

Check in was not too bad, i'd say nice, but what I don't like, I had appointment for 9 AM, but they place me on waiting line after 3 trucks. Kind of first came first served.(!?) Let's see how warehouse staff will handle my 3 pallets... After 40 min got a door... Man in house was very friendly but unloading will be sometime later on... Done! Total time in/out 45 min.

Retraction!!!!!::: I had given Sysco a very bad rating and kind of put an incident that happened between by employee another companies driver and Sysco Driver whom blocked my loading dock and swore at my employee. I have spoken to higher ups with the company and was given an apology for all whom was involved and am taking down the rest of their post. Sysco is a very well managed company with great HR support and Amazing at communicating and getting right back to me. I'm sure there will never be a issue like this again and I couldn't be more blown away by how profesional the higher ups and Im sure the whole company is. 1 bad egg doesn't make for a bad community of workers at a company.Thank you very muchTony

Trying to get an order picked up from them is always a nightmare. We have called them MULTIPLE times to remove fuel surcharges for items that were picked up instead of delivered. Not only that, but we have sent our driver out of their way to pick-up an order and they end up delivering to us anyway. Wasting our time, our drivers time and their own time. This has happened way too many times and no matter how many times we stress it is for PICK-UP they don't ever seem to get the picture. I can't speak to the product itself though as I don't directly work with it. Simply an administrators headache.
