Ultimate Bathroom Renovations

We recently got our main bathroom renovated, which is beautiful. With minor issues, which took the project a little longer then expected. They have had great customer service. I would recommend them for a bathroom renovation.

Everyone from the team was professional and lovely to work with. They had great suggestions and good quality products. I had a complete bathroom reno completed beautifully, and in a very reasonable time frame. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing an update to their bathroom.

From the start where Tara came to my home for the quote all the way to the finish where Gerald the owner followed up with me upon completion, this company hands down is the best most professional I’ve come across. My wife Andrea and I are so happy we chose Ultimate Bathroom Renovations to do our Reno.Tara who came over for the quote was on time, friendly, funny and really easy going catering to any need or questions regarding the job. Even when I changed the quote around three times, no problem at all. Tara also had an earlier opening and fit me in two weeks early.The day of the Reno Gerald himself came to do the tear out. Rick was soon to follow and they had it ripped out in just two hours. My wife came home from work that day and seen how organized the demo was in regards to how Gerald packed it in his truck, she said right away that this is a great company. That definitely reflected the kind of job they did.Rick and Rob who were here doing the work were very clean and professional showing lots of respect for my house. I seen top notch work ethic. It was go go go from the beginning no fooling around. Both of them very forthcoming about how long and what needed to be done. The communication with they customer was second to none.Gerald came by himself during the process numerous times it check in, doing work here as well. At some times there were three people working on my bathroom and that felt great.Finally, they take great care in their work, doing things that were not even mentioned in the quote from Rob moving my toilet to make it more centre to Gerald and Rick installing trim around my tub enclosure to make it look amazing. I bought my own enclosure and didn’t realize it did not have trim and they fixed me right up. The finish work was amazing on how much care was put in.I would highly recommend Ultimate Bath, they leave no one dissatisfied. If you want a company that actually cares about your bathroom as if it was theirs own, well they are it.Thank you Ultimate Bath.

They have the best selection of quality products and staff member Jennifer is highly knowledgeable/helpful and answered every question I had. From the time I walked in, I knew I would be taken care of. The process from my 1st visit at the store to the competition of my fabulous bathroom was very fast. The Ultimate Bath Systems team were Ultimate professionals from Rick who came to our home to provide us with a quote, the experienced and awesome crew who installed our new tub to the owner Gerald who dropped by several times to check on their progress. Ours was not a straight forward install and we had to make adjustments which were actually improvements. We love our new tub/shower. I highly recommend them. What a Team!!

Just had our ensuite completely redone by Ultimate Bath Renovations and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Tara was so patient and helped me make hard design decisions, all of which I am super happy with, and Shawn and Rick were professional, efficient, tidy and amazing at what they do! When a company installs a walk in shower and wrecks your vanity, you would think they would fix it!!! While ripping out walls to renovate, they placed all their tools on top of my vanity. They made a ton of scratches!!!! They agreed to replace the top. Came in and tried to remove the vanity top, left scratches and chunks out of the top. Said they couldn’t remove it. Ok, now, you would think they would try and work with the customer to try and fix their mistakes… but no. I was made to feel like this was all my fault!!!! I now have a complaint in with the BBB for resolution, if they can’t I will file in small claims court.
