Telemed Windsor

I have been to this office 3x in the past month getting over the counter meds for my daughter ... tried to get her seen by an actual doctor today and was refused to be seen by a doctor in a Tele-conference because my daughter had 1 degree of fever yesterday.They said she could have covid and can't be seen because it puts the nurse at risk of catching covid hahaThat's funny because I tested her yesterday it was negative.. I gave them permission to test her and they refused....they should be ashamed of themselves for turning away an 8yr old for medical care ... she also has both her covid 19 vaccines...This sickness isn't covid but is something she needs more than over the counter meds for.And as stated earlier we have been in there 3x in the past month prior to today so if my daughter has covid than all those staff have it already!.you can't live in complete fear...Continued review: after seeing an actual doctor at another clinic my daughter did not have covid as I already knew and the doctor I spoke to told me that what the staff here did is illegal and advised me to report them which I plan on doing because even if my daughter did in fact have covid they are not allowed to refuse care according to the doctor and nurse at anther office
