We just got a puppy and LOOOVE it here. They are so kind to our little pup, Archie and are always genuinely happy to see him! We are one of those families who believe that pets are members of the family, so it feels so nice to know that he is getting the best care. They return calls, emails and are truly invested in the health of your pet. :) Would definitely recommend.

The staff here is amazing, they take the time to get to know you & your pet, they remember my pets, are amazing when I need a last min appt for my diabetic dog. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you Dr.Ng & staff. It means a lot that I never worry about my pets care in your hands.

The staff here are very friendly and personable. They where able to get my dog in within a week. The only thing not giving this clinic a 5 star is the size of the waiting room area. It's just a touch to small and contested to have more then two large dogs in it. Over all I recommend this vet clinic!

We Brought our 18 year old ginger short hair Tabby in as she was lethargic not eating and progressed to where she was losing her balance.Dr. Kai Ng examined her and diagnosed a left ear infection and prescribed and supplied the medication. There was also a totally unexpected follow up phone call checking up on her progress a week into her treatment.She is back to her old self again which is a relief as being 18 years old we thought we would lose her.Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff and Dr. Ng.
