Staff are accommodating, lots of promotional trip fare in different countries and it is inside CenterPoint mall .

Please save yourself and don't book or deal with this agency! They will sell you high price rate and promise you a direct flight. Then a day before your flight they will let you know that the flight has change and there will be a stop over. It's like you paid for a Louis vuitton but end up getting a Michael Kors. We will never come back to this agency and will let friends, co workers and our community know what our experience with them. It's sad that they have been in the business for a while, yet can they give you poor quality of service.

I had a good and satisfied experienced with Polaris Travels Travel& Tours at Centerpoint Mall-Toronto today June 21/23. All of the staffs are very approachable and kind, specially to Shernalyn P. who helped me with my urgent booking for my flight. Shernalyn, I really appreciate your help and thank you for your patience despite of all the delay due to my past booking with the other company. You are perfect for this kind of industry, keep it up! This team is way better than the other Travel agency that i tried 2 days ago. They are professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I definitely gonna book my flight here again for my next trip! I will recommend Polaris Travel&Tour to anyone.

Booked a direct flight to the Philippines. A day before the flight we were told that there is a stop over at Vancouver to refuel. But when we called, the manager said that because of the war the plane cant pass over Russia. If that is the case might as well booked a flight Toronto to Vancouver to Manila which would be a lot cheaper. Their agent still suggested to my in-laws to book a direct flight which is a lot more expensive. The war already happened before we booked the ticket so they already know that no plane will be passing over Russia. They took advantage of us. Pinoy pa naman.Next time tell your clients in advance, not a day before.

Nice people nice travel agency BUT really no savings or benefit using agencies at the end of the day whatsoever these days. In fact your best off booking it yourself. I just booked(Mar 17,19) airfare for me and my 3yr infant(2 seats) with China Eastern rountrip through KAYAK online travelling Month of March for 1 months for $1500 TAXES ALL IN. What a DEAL! WoW! THis place is only good for fobs and filipinos koreans etc who dont know how to use a computer or there smart phone and dont know what a credit card is nor have one and can only pay cash etc. Than the travel agency serves a purpose benefit.

In my view the best place to purchase airline tickets to Korea or Asia!! I purchased at least 10 tickets from Sandra, who offered the best price, and I have referred many of my friends. I like the fact that she offers detailed information about my options depending on airfare fluctuation, so I can make informed decisions of when/what to buy. I am not looking for the cheapest price, but the best price to meet my needs – traveling with kids and elderly parents. I prefer direct flights over stopover flights even though I have to pay little extra for. Sandra makes sure that we are seated in aisle seats with special services for my parents. Some have mentioned that they can find cheapest price online, yes definitely, if you are willing to stopover a few times! Could not recommend PolarisTravel &Tour highly enough!! Great company to get you the right tickets!!

I just booked here today for my travel plan to the Philippines. Thanks to Sarah for the exceptional service. In fact she still entertained me though they’re supposed to close at 6pm, I came past 6. She’s very professional, friendly and patient. Surely, I’ll be back here to book my future trips.

Pretty bad customer service. As well as bad attitude. And I'm not talking about staff I'm talking about the owner of this business.
