Bait and switch!They promised me one device. I even called to confirm it. So I was told twice what I was getting. When I got to the store to pick it up, they said that one was more money.I suspect the employees get a comission when you sign up and they just told me what I wanted to hear so I'd sign up. Other option is good old fashioned incompetence.I think Rogers is a good company, but this place is dishonest and/or incompetent.

I set up a new prepaid phone with this rogers store , I found that the people were very nice , the one that did my account at the time was a new employee and just learning things , but did fairly well, and wouldn't just try to wing it if he wasn't sure , he went and asked the right way before doing anything, which I would rather instead of someone just doing whatever an having issues later down the road, cus well we all know there are enough troubleso when it comes to these places now. However after something near 2 hours to set up everything for me I was told somethings may take up to 24 hours too work right, so that was understandable now how then next day I was nothing I still come get text messages from people but they weren't getting anything I sent back, even messages I had sent as tests right after leaving the rogers store at noon the day before . They were looking as if they were sending just find on the phone and network but no one was getting anything, so I called the technical support to figure out what was wrong, I spent over 2 an a half hourso on with them doing everything reboot they could think of , so they sent me ( an let's koeep in mind I am over 7 n a half months pregnant as well. ). So I walked back up to the store and got the new sim card , then they went through the 2nd round of rebooting , and even tried to take somethings off an reinstall them , after its still wouldn't work right , so I was told that they would work on finding out what was wrong, and they would reimburse me for the time that everything wasn't working on the plan , I pay every month for unlimited local calling in an out, and unlimited picture , & text messages . I waited a week then the text was still not working and still hadn't seen any reimbursement on my account, but they still said they were working on it not to worry they would reimburse me soon as they could figure out what was wrong . So two days later I go to use the phone and it won't work for calling or text, so I called and I'm told I have to put more money on my account. Well I was pissed to say the least, after paying for the United text and calling plan just over a week before there was no way I was about to give them more when it hadn't been two weeks yet an I should be good for a month. Well they tell me you gotta have money on the account for it too work even after you pay for a plan . So I put another 30 on . The next day I j get called an they say they are going to give me the updated plan for a while while is the Canada wide I was able to for a day and a bit use , now I send a message it's telling me that almost every one I send is costing me $.15 cent per , and when I now try to call rogers1 to get it fixed it says I called get anyone till I again put more money on my account. This is crazy, they shouldn't be allowed to scan customers like this , I am 8 months pregnant and have got this phone set up for my husband and myself to be able to stay in touch cus I am now high risk and in an emergency should be able to call or even have a message sent to the phone and know he will get it an be able to get to me or the hospital, and it definitely should NOT be costingredients email anything more we already pay $70 a month so Ithat has unlimited everything to anything local and that leaves some extra cash on for what there scam is that you can't do anything if you don't have something not used .... because VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE DECIDING ON WHO YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH, YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A GREAT DEAL BUT THEN THEY DO ANYTHING POSABLE TO GET MORE AND MORE! !!!!!!

New to the area and needed to get my phone replaced. The environment was laid back, no pressure and the staff were very helpful. Zac set me up with a replacement phone and new plan. His colleague assisted with changing my number and she was patient while I tried to find something I liked. I also met the manager while I was there and he was informative too. All in all if you need anything Rogers related this is a great place to go. Thanks again!

I cannot say better things about the staff at this location. When I wanted the purple iPhone 12, Tys and his fantastic team of associates went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive and seamless experience when transferring my old data onto my new phone and completing the upgrade. I will continue going to this location for years to come!

Honestly the best and easiest experience I've had with getting a new phone, by far the best Rogers store I've been too, the staff are very friendly and professional, not to mention very knowledgeable, they wasted no time helping me find the best options for upgrading my phone, even though I am on not on the new Rogers infinite plan they helped me get the exact phone I wanted for the absolute best price with my current plan, and were very fast and efficient when setting up my new device, I will definitely go back to this store for my next tech purchase, I highly recommend that any Rogers customer looking to purchase any tech wether it be a phone or otherwise to go to this store, you will absolutely not be disappointed.
