This mcdonald's has always been a hit or miss but my final straw was tonight. Walked in at 8pm on a Wednesday only to be turned away because the lobby was closed". Seemed pretty open to me as it was packed with food delivery drivers and wasn't locked. Went to the A&W next door and they accepted my walk in business and my money."

Went by today for a meal. Half the fries were uncooked. The Coke didn’t have its lid affixed properly. It exploded all over my clothes and the inside of my car.Avoid this location!

Got 1 of our orders wrong, not only that they don’t let us refill and the machine is even broken, the washroom is not available for public and so crowded and loud. Employees in the store doesn’t care about you because your food is a mess when it comes out

Nice Mcdonalds. Good service and quick to get food. Small dining at this location. It was attached to a shell gas station. Fries were good. Chicken nuggets were good. They have a regular fountain drink station. Had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Wasn't that hot. Clean location

Mango smoothie tastes like saliva and a hint of pear. That’s not mango I thought while drinking it. The fries were not salty but the people were nice.

Although this McDonald’s is not highly rated, I’ll tell you what is, JAKE! He was an outstanding employee who not only got our order correct, but delivered it to us with such efficiency that we were astounded. Jake was patient and didn’t rush us when we needed time to ponder the menu and was gracious when we were to order. Also, the warm food was warm and the cold drinks were cold, all in all, Jake made my day brighter and my life will be forever changed because of this phenomenal employee Jake!

Worst experience ever, asked for a barbecue Carolina burger which is supposed to have bacon and crispy onions and there were none. Went back in and an employee looked on the outside of the box the burger came in and said yup that's a Carolina burger and I opened the box and said nope it is not, there are no crispy onions or bacon on it. About five minutes later I got my burger and went outside to the truck and eat and there were still no crispy onions and the bottom bun was hard as a rock (stale). Never going back to that location again and I will be spreading the word about how good this location is.

Any McDonald's that closes there doors get a 1 star review from me. It's ridiculous that you guys don't keep your doors open all night. What if people can't fit thru the drive thru? What if your customers need to go to the bathroom? Covid isn't a thing anymore stop with this bullsh1t

I used to drive through and I had myself a sausage and egg McGriddle with hash brown and large coffee with half a cream they forgot to give me ketchup with my hash brown or I forgot to ask but I didn't don't think you should have to ask for at least one catch up with a hash brown in the morning we got five stars we got three because you forgot the ketchup with the hash brown in the morning but the coffee was good to make griddle was pretty good it was not bad but I'll leave it at that thank you
