Electrify Canada Charging Station

The 350W chargers don't work. The 150W chargers are throttle down. The best speed I have had is 47kw. Yet they charge 0.57 plus hst per min. Feels like be swindled. Calling their helpine takes for ever. Been there three times and experience was just bad. Find another charging station if possible.

All charges were functional.

Please don't charge here！！！I had a really bad experience here, after trying two machines in a row and failing, the third one finally worked, but the app had a lot of issues including not being able to pay. After I closed the app and reopened it several times, it finally worked Payment is successful. This charging is the worst experience I have ever used! !

Chargers sometimes good, sometimes not that good. Issues mainly with reliability (charging randomly stops) and speed. Add on that the fact that price is quite high esp. if you’re not getting the speed you’re paying for. To be fair, EC gives complimentary free sessions when chargers are down. Generally pretty underwhelming but sometimes can be pretty good, I believe they’re working pretty hard in upkeep and maintenance. 5/10

Looks like someone vandalized ALL of the chargers because every plug has a broken tab rendering them useless. So disappointing.

Every 150kw charger isn't charging its advertised speed. Not getting more than 67kw. WHYY and they're charing per minute of charge tooo. Ridiculous

plug in and go function never work. 150kw charges at 45kw only all the time. 350kw has connection problems with the connector. avoid

Timing appears to be everything here. The location is very close to the highway, but if when the outlet is open expect disappointment and delays as it will be busy and power limited. I saw cords crossed between stalls, a Kona on the 350 kW, a plug-in hybrid taking up a spot (they can't fast charge), and a Tesla MY parked unplugged and not charging. Please call and report abusers to help improve charging etiquette here. There is a local enforcement number posted and fines. Furthermore, if everyone is charging expect only 40 kW to 60 kW output, which is terrible for a pay per minute site. After hours, however, I got right in and received a respectable 140 kW on the 150 kW unit, when only one other EV was charging. Again make sure you are preconditioned or the per kWh equivalent will be high cost.

Easy to use. Lots of fast chargers there.

Two charging stations (4 hoses) were out of order, and EV were parked and not charging. I called to have them towed, but no one showed up. I had to wait close to an hour to charge.
