I can NOT in good conscious recommend this company.After having them service my indoor pool filter, with a new seal, sand & new head. It started leaking the next day from where the new seal was just replaced. After calling numerous times and speaking with the owner many times over various months, who told me they would look into the problem. I have not heard back from them at all, they will not return my calls or various voice messages that I have left for them. Very close minded company, as I now buy my pool supplies and chemicals somewhere else. I have a pool that is indoor and runs 365 days a year. So they will now loose a lot of business from me over a 10-20$ part. My filter is still leaking this has not been resolved. Ridiculous if you ask me.

Always thrilled by the expertise and guidance provided by the Lynch family. Struggled with my pool mightily last year and if not for their support and direction, I'd likely still be struggling. Won't forget how they loaned me an underwater robot cleaner last summer which proved to be the highlight of my battle with a difficult body of water and a profound lack of patience. Without them, I'd still be cleaning and struggling! Nevertheless, I highly recommend Lynch Pools and appreciate their brilliant, down-to-earth manner and community sensibilities. This is a great business run by great people. Cheers!

Extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Today i walked in a complete newbie to haveing an inground pool. Robyn saved the day. She helped with chemicals for everything that i would need and even gave me printed out opening and vacuuming instructions! If i could give 10 stars i would.Thank you once again for your time and knowledge!

I've been going to Lynch Pools for over 15 years. Robyn helped me from day one. I had never had a pool before and she guided me through the steps to success. Always fair and an absolute delight to deal with even when it's just over the phone advice. The best!!

I honestly wouldn't get Joe Lynch Pools to clean my toilet bowl.I found them overpriced and not overly helpful.They replaced my self-maintaining salt system (I could clean it once per year) with one that required expensive annual cartridge changes, which of course they had to provide. They supplied me with expensive chemicals which didn't hurt, but I later realized I didn't really need.And finally everyone was happy to serve until there were some service problems. Then the relationship quickly soured as no one really wanted to hear my concerns.All I got was 'we didn't do that' and 'I don't care about your business, your pool was dirty to open anyway' (because of the large trees in my backyard).Oh yes, this one was rich, 'you know Joe's not young anymore.....', but oddly enough that wasn't reflected in the annual pool opening and closing costs, which kept going up.I moved on and found out there are lots of options out there, or maintain your pool yourself (unless you don't care about saving money).It's not that complicated to open and close a pool. Canadian Tire or Pioneer Pools in Barrie have all the chemicals you need at more reasonable prices.Happy swimming season!

Robin is absolutely amazing - I have used two pool companies in Orangeville and a local company and none can compare to the knowledge, customer service and care that Robin and her team give to our pool and hot tub. Robin even shares her knowledge. I have learned so much and had so many issues solved because of Robins TLC. Should a mistake be made - Joe Lynch Pools resolves. You really can’t find a better pool company in the area.

My husband and I would highly recommend Joe Lynch pools! A five star is really not enough for their customer service! They are vey helpful, knowledgeable, organized, and kind! They do an amazing job! Thank you Joe Lynch pools for making our lives a little bit easier!
