I contacted Stephen from Servicemaster because I had water damage in a building and needed a major renovation done. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I had a full interior and exterior renovation done by Servicemaster and I cannot say enough great things about Servicemaster and about Eric who oversaw the restoration. Not only was I consulted every time it was needed, but every step was done precisely and beautifully and in a very time efficient manner. He really went WAY above and beyond for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Servicemaster/Stephen/Eric to anybody who is looking for a company to do some reno work.

Stand up service. Had a mold issue- they were at my house within 2 days and did an assessment. Clear, concise, professional and knowledgeable. Highly reccomend.

Steven responded immediately to our call, texted us some advice and offered to come by with a product to prevent mold developing after our air conditioner flooded the carpet. He came by for no fee, tested for water, sprayed and told us what to look for in the next 24 hours. Super friendly, helpful, responsive, generous and professional. He also wore a mask at my request with no issue at all. I recommend him 200%! Thank you!

We had the best experience here during a really scary experience. Steve put us at ease and sent a crew immediately to access , plan and take care of the problem They assessed cut open, dried, tested for asbestos (sent out) repaired. They responded immediately whenever I had concerns during the process..His crew were very knowledgeable, professional and very quick to reaond as well. They kept the area closed up, barricaded the area, put down protection and cleaned up when done. Thank you for amazing service ❤️! I cant even tell you how much you settled our stress level!

Just need to do an official shout out to Steve for all his help and guidance with this last leak...not only was he out on a cold roof on Christmas Eve he was back again first thing Christmas morning to source the leak and had it taken care of in no time....we appreciate you...:)
