I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Capital Home Comfort by a neighbour. The service provided by Mark, Kevin, and Isaiah was exceptional on each visit. Mark was responsive, kind, helpful, and accommodated our needs on short notice. While installing our new AC, all three were professional, very respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We have the utmost confidence in having them back in the future and recommend them to others without hesitation!

We bought a Mitsubishi ductless a/c and heat pump recently. The price was significantly less than two other locally owned companies. The work was done on time and on budget. These guys are great to deal with, totally honest and competent. We plan on doing more projects with them on another property in the spring. I highly recommend Mark, Kevin and Isaiah.

Yesterday, on the hottest day of the year our AC turned off and our thermostat showed a malfunction error. Panic ensued. We called Capital Home Comfort and Kevin made us a priority after hours even though he had been on the road all day, in the extreme heat, on one of his busiest days of the year.He arrived within an hour of us calling him and tested our unit…found it to be in good working order except that it seemed to be building higher than normal pressure.He then checked our furnace and the filter was quite grey. We changed it to a freshie, turned breaker on and off for AC and furnace, and all was well again. The peace of mind and Kevin’s expertise to know what to do and not overcharge us for a very simple fix was so refreshing. In fact, he very generously refused our payment because he said it was “no sweat”. WOW. This never happens in this day and age. He is our “speed dial” on call HVAC guy now and forevermore. This is a service focussed, community-centric company run by real humans who care about their clients and neighbours.In other news, change your furnace filter today…or at least look at it. Save our amazing Kevin the trip :)

CAPITAL HOME COMFORT = AWESOME!I woke up one morning and knew I had a problem. It was 9 degrees in the house.Given the age of furnace (24 years old), I crossed my fingers and hoped that I’d get one more winter out of it. I was confident - after all, I had a service plan that included parts and labour.I called the service provider and the. Was given the dreaded news. The heat exchanger was cracked and with that, the furnace would be ‘red tagged’. That’s not good! Given its age, finding a part would be difficult and expensive.That morning, I called several HVAC companies. Luckily for me, all of them responded and made appointments that very day.It was, at times uncomfortable, as one company was in the basement, another was providing me with options and costs.It was an overwhelming experience, especially given the time of year and the fact that it was only going to get colder.One company, Capital Home Comfort Systems, stood out. From the initial call, it was clear that Mark’s intent was to ease my concerns and earn the business.He took his time explaining options, dispelling myths and responding to my concerns.The install itself went smoothly. Throughout the entire process, Mark provided status updates and then followed up with a call and text.I am thankful for the professionalism of Mark and grateful for his work and that of Kevin. It was a positive experience all around!

Just got our HVAC checked yesterday and Mark did a terrific job in providing the service. He even cleaned my compressor outside and showed me how to do that and must be done at least once a year as the dust builds up on the fins making it less efficient and I do not even know that. That is what I call Excellent service. Mark and Kevin installed our furnace way back in April 2019 to replace our 16 year old furnace and both of them were real professionals in what they do. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. Read the reviews and you will know what I mean.

Had a Rheem Powervent 50gal installed. These guys roll out the red (blue) carpet as soon as they get in the door. From the initial request for quote to the end of the installation, the communication and the work itself, everything was great. Great price, great guys to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. A++

We were very happy and impressed with the services we received recently to repair a defective furnace in our new home. They were very responsive and quick to provide services, which we were grateful for during the cold winter nights. They continued to investigate until they found the root of the issue and repaired it, along with providing us explanation for everything. This team had excellent customer service. We are especially grateful for Mark's time and effort and will be going to this company in the future.
